The drama has been highly praised by viewers over the years and has accumulated several awards including 11 Emmys and a Golden Globe.
One fan on Google reviews commented: ‘One of the best shows ever made in my opinion. If you’re willing/ready to binge watch a series, I am sure you won’t be disappointed. All of the characters are great and the show just keeps getting better.’
Others took to Rotten Tomatoes to share their verdicts on the different seasons and one posted: ‘Lost is an absolutely amazing series right from the beginning to end. It is like a perfect blend of of sci-fi and supernatural thriller.
‘There’s not even a single episode which is not thrilling or engaging. It was really atmospheric to watch this especially at nights. A true thriller, a real mystery masterpiece.’;
‘Some of the most shocking twists and moments to ever unfold on TV.’;
‘It starts slow, but it ends up quite good. This season, and the entire show, is worth it.’;
‘Brilliant! Very captivating and thoroughly engaging series!’;
‘Although the sci-fi aspect of this season slightly outshines its brighter moments, season 5 is still one of the most binge-worthy in television.’;
‘Absolutely amazing, acting was incredible. I will never stop praising/recommending this show 15 years since after its ending.’
However, not everyone is a fan of the show and one viewer penned: ‘Absolutely awful, acting and story line is terrible. The worst series I have ever watched. How it gets such good ratings is beyond me.’;
‘This is where I get off. If I have to suffer through one more minute of this poorly-written ceaselessly annoying character study, I’m going to throw up.’

It comes after another ITV drama launched its next series earlier this year after being praised by fans.
Previously hailed as ‘better than Line Of Duty,’ ITV’s Unforgotten stars Sinéad Keenan, 47, as DCI Jessica ‘Jessie’ James and Sanjeev Bhaskar, 61, as DI Sunil ‘Sunny’ Khan.
The sixth series of the popular crime show aired on February 9 on ITV1 and STV.
Created by multi-award-winning screenwriter Chris Lang, Unforgotten follows detectives as they work to solve cold cases.
