The Yellowstone actress Barret Swatek is putting her gorgeous tropical home up for auction ahead of a big move.

Swatek, who played the character Victoria Jenkins, is giving interested buyers a chance to snap up her gorgeous Hawaiian mansion on the island of Maui.

She and her husband, the retired hedge-fund manager Adam Weiss, are planning a quick move to Alabama, where they’re looking forward to raising their young daughter Dixon and being closer to family, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The couple have owned the beachfront property since 2021, when they bought it for $45 million.

Since then, they have conducted serious renovations on the two-story home, as well as stocking it with custom furniture pieces and artwork that have added millions more to their initial investment.

The home appears to have escaped unscathed from the ᴅᴇᴀᴅly fires that swept through Maui in August 2023, leaving more than 100 people ᴅᴇᴀᴅ.

She and her husband, the retired hedge-fund manager Adam Weiss, are planning a quick move to Alabama, where they’re looking forward to raising their young daughter and being closer to family, according to the Wall Street Journal

Weiss explained to the Journal that he and Swatek worried they were too far from family after welcoming a their daughter.

‘The baby kind of changed the equation on that,’ he said.

The home is likely to appeal to prospective bidders thanks to its prime location on Keawakapu Beach, with its pristine white sand.

The beach is located near Wailea, a tony section on the southern tip of the island.

The home features a generous 21,700 square feet on 0.87 acres and was designed by the lauded Mexican architect Ricardo Legorreta, according to the listing.

It features his signature style, a boxy, modernist exterior with an interior featuring colorful designs and opens that allow natural light to suffuse the home in striking ways. 

The use of vibrant primary colors enliven the kitchen, with its stripe-like yellow shelves, and hallways featuring yellow accent walls.
