A famous 90s singer looked completely unrecognisable as she was snapped stepping out in New York City on Tuesday.
The pop star, now 61, rose to fame as a solo artist in the early 90s after first starting out as the lead singer of a popular rock band in the years prior.
She became well-recognised for her striking ginger locks at the height of her fame and continues to sport vibrant orange tresses now.
She has had several hit singles throughout the years, and she has been nominated for eight Grammy Awards.
The star also holds the distinction of being the youngest person ever admitted to the Peabody Insтιтute at Johns Hopkins University at age five, though her scholarship was discontinued early due to behavior issues.

Tori beamed gently and waved to onlookers, who patiently waited outside in a bid to catch a glimpse of the famous music icon.
After leading the 1980s pop band Y Kant Tori Read, she set off on a solo career and saw her greatest commercial and critical successes.
She is best known for hits like Cornflake Girl and Pretty Good Year, with her songs focusing on topics such as Sєxuality, feminism, politics and religion.

The daughter of a Methodist preacher, she began playing at gay bars around Baltimore at the age of 13, chaperoned by her father.
She previously told the Mail: ‘My career has been a long series of battles. Some of those battles were very messy, very bloody.
‘Early on I realised that there are men within the music industry who aren’t friends of any female artist.
‘My atтιтude was, “Mess me with and you will not survive.” I didn’t always make it easy for myself but I knew what I needed to do in order to survive as an artist.’
In 1998, she married British recording engineer Mark Hawley and the couple are the proud parents of daughter Natashya, 24.
