Lily Allen was seen stepping out with a male companion following dinner in London’s Notting Hill, weeks after opening up on her painful divorce from husband David Harbour.

The singer, 39, called time on her marriage to Stranger Things star David, 49, in December after discovering he was using the celebrity dating app Raya.

And amid her heartbreak, Lily looked in good spirits while strolling down the street with her pal, who bared an uncanny resemblance to her first husband Sam Cooper, 47.

Lily, who divorced Sam in 2018 after seven years of marriage, flashed a small smile as she chatted away with her companion shortly after their meal at a nearby upmarket eatery.

The It’s Not Fair hitmaker bundled up against the chill in a longline dark green coat, which she hugged тιԍнтly around herself as she walked.

She added black boots and a leopard print bag to her look, while her red-dyed locks were swept into a simple up do’.

Her companion meanwhile kept things casual in a navy bomber jacket and black trousers, with the white-haired gentleman carrying a bag over his shoulder as he walked alongside the star during the low-key outing.  

Meanwhile, Lily also took to Instagram on Friday as she shared behind-the-scenes snaps of herself amid her Miss Me? podcast’s live show at the Hackney Empire on Thursday.

Lily posed for a number of sultry solo snaps before sharing a pH๏τo with her best friend and co-host Miquita Oliver.  

Lily’s outing comes after she revealed her £8K-a-week trauma centre stay inspired her to get a tattoo about ‘accepting pain’ after her estranged husband moved on with new girlfriend Ellie Fallon. 

The singer recently returned to work on her Miss Me? podcast after reportedly checking herself into the facility and telling friends she was close to a nervous breakdown amid the couple’s split.

Speaking with pal Miquita Oliver, 40, on the latest episode of their podcast, Lily explained that she read a book about ‘self compᴀssion’ during her stay. 

Confessing: ‘It really stood out for me and I might even get it as a tattoo, it was “suffering x pain = resistance”‘.

While Miquita was left speechless by the wise words, Lily continued: ‘You have to sit with the pain and confront the pain and accept the pain.’

Friends say that Lily is aware of the romance and is ‘very upset’ after seeing provocative pictures of Ellie smoking one of Harbour’s favourite brands of cigar.

The social media sH๏τ of Ellie, who has 10,000 followers on Instagram, was uploaded in October – several weeks before Harbour and Lily decided to separate.

Ellie is believed to have met Harbour in the US city of Atlanta, where the actor has been living for a year to film the fifth and final series of Stranger Things.

‘Seeing the picture Ellie posted of herself smoking a cigar, taken weeks before Lily and David called it quits, has convinced her that Ellie and David had been seeing each other before they split.

‘After all, how many 26-year-olds smoke cigars?’.

It comes after Lily has accused US doctors of ‘driving her crazy,’ after they prescribed her strong medication that had a vastly negative impact on her mental health.

Speaking during another podcast episode she revealed that after being prescribed antidepressants by an American doctor last year, her mental health took a severe turn for the worst.

Lily said: ‘The medication that I was on last year sent me f***ing crazy. So I’ve had to change. I’ve had to come off of that medication and start a new one.

‘And that was a big part of where things became really unmanageable for me.

‘Before I came to America, my friend Olivia said to me, “Just be really careful of the doctors over there and the prescriptions that they prescribe you for things”.

‘But I really think I was done a bit of a number on by one of the antidepressants I got put on and it really did not work for me.

‘There were other things going on too. But yes, the pills weren’t helping.’

Lily also defended her decision to check into a trauma centre, away from her daughters, admitting it was ‘getting harder to be there’ for her kids’.

In her first podcast episode back after her stint in the centre, she admitted she didn’t want her children to ‘have to prop her up’ as she battled ’emotional turmoil’ following her split from David.

Saying: ‘People think I hate my children. I really don’t. I absolutely adore my children and I’m in a situation now where I really have to be my strongest self for them.

‘I felt like it was getting harder and harder for me to be able to show up for them in the way that they need me to.

‘It was a big decision to have to leave them for a few weeks to go and focus on myself but ultimately it was for them so that I can get us through this bit. I needed some help to be able to do that.’

She continued: ‘I don’t want them to ever feel like they have to prop me up. None of this is their fault and it’s my job to support them and make them feel safe and secure, and I just don’t think I was able to do that because of the emotional turmoil that I was in at the time.

‘But I do feel like I am now. I’m not saying that I’m 100% there or getting it 100% right or that I ever will but I’m definitely in a stronger place.’
