Khloe Kardashian creeped out fans with her ‘inappropriate’ nickname for brother Rob in a new Instagram comment this week.

The reality star, 40, posted glamorous Instagram snaps from cousin Natalie Zettel’s wedding, where she donned a black feathered dress – leading to high praise from her reclusive younger brother, 37.

Rob wrote: ‘My queen!’ to which Khloe responded: ‘Daddy chill’ referencing a famed viral video.

Fans were left stunned at the exchange – following years of eyebrow raising interactions between the pair – writing on Reddit: ‘They are so f*****g inappropriate. They are creepy as f**k.’

Others wrote: ‘Never seen anyone’s brother comment that on their sisters post before. ‘My QUEEN!!!’ Wtf. Yuck.

‘I want to unsee this so badly. such a nasty family.

‘The thought of calling my brother daddy makes me ill.

‘This literally almost made me vomit, she needs therapy asap.

‘She’s quoting this video: I am not saying it’s fine though – it’s still weird lmao.’

In 2014 the brother sister duo alarmed fans when Rob tweeted that the reality star was his ‘WCW’ or ‘Woman Crush Wednesday.’

The former Dancing with the Stars contestant included a screengrab of the former X Factor host heading for a gym session with personal trainer Gunnar Peterson. 

Khloé found Rob’s post amusing and responded on Instagram with: ‘Totally a normal brother/sister relationship. Incest is best!!! #HeyBooHeyFollow.’

Further clips from Keeping Up With the Kardashians have also stunned fans, when Khloe joked to her brother: ‘You won’t f*** me?’ with a baffled Rob responding: ‘I couldn’t even look at you when you say that.’

Another clip saw Khloe find out Rob had slept with the winner of a Kim Kardashian lookalike contest, and ask him if he would do the same with the winner of a Khloe lookalike contest.

Back in July 2017, Rob was banned from Instagram for violation of community guidelines by posting snaps of his ex-fiancée Blac Chyna’s ‘breasts, backside, and genitals’ after allegedly catching her cheating.

In 2019 he returned to the platform, and while  technically banned from having a personal page, he found a loophole for his account to be ‘managed by Jenner Communications.’ 

The former couple share daughter Dream, eight. 

This disclaimer has now vanished from his page – which has more than 3million followers – and suggests Rob has now taken back personal control of the account.

Last month Chyna had a surprising answer about where she now stands with the reality TV stars following a failed $100million defamation suit against them.

While on Piers Morgan Uncensored  the ex of rapper Tyga – who used to date Kylie Jenner – maintained that she is on good terms with the tribe.

She noted she is on friendly terms with Kim and Khloe as well as Rob, and close to momager Kris Jenner in particular.

‘I speak to Kim. Me and Rob, we are like this now,’ she said, crossing her fingers after naming her ex and baby daddy. ‘Thank God.’

‘I’ve spoken to Kris. I speak to Khloé too,’ the rapper added. But she did note, ‘I haven’t seen Kourtney, and I haven’t seen Kylie, like, to actually speak to.’

She explained that while their relationship is not as fully there as its strength has been before the lawsuit, they are cordial when they cross paths with one another nowadays.
