Big Brother alum Mike ‘Boogie’ Malin’ finds himself in trouble with the law once again.
This time he’s accused of attempting to steal from multiple CVS pharmacy locations in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles.
The Burbank Police Department confirmed to TMZ that the Big Brother season 7 winner was arrested back on January 29 after officers got calls about shoplifting incidents at two CVS locations.
An employee from the first store reported that he confronted Malin, now 54, moments after he made it outside and demanded that he pay for the stolen items.
The witness says he proceeded to walk back into the store, place the items on the ground, and then make his way back to the parking lot and drive off in his vehicle.
Considering shoplifters often target multiple stores of the same chain, officers were sent to a second CVS location in the region, where they claim to have spotted Malin’s car unoccupied with the engine running and hazard lights on.

An employee at that second store accused Malin of stealing two bottles of alcohol and energy drinks from the pharmacy.
Minutes later, he walked by the officers, and he was detained.
The reality star was transported to jail, where he was booked for misdemeanor theft and later released with a citation.

The arrest is just the latest in a handful of legal troubles for the three-time Big Brother player over the years that began in 2011 when he was sued for embezzlement and ordered to pay $800,000, according to Us Weekly.
In 2019, he was arrested for allegedly stalking his former alliance-mate and Big Brother 2 winner Dr. Will Kirby.
After falling to show up for a court date related to the case Malin ended up pleading no contest and got sentenced to two years probation.
Just one month after the verdict, the Concord, New Hampshire native pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor DUI following his August 2020 arrest.
Two years later he filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy, which led to the sale of his ᴀssets to cover his outstanding debts.

Malin first appeared on Big Brother 2 in the summer of 2001, and then returned five years later, winning the first Big Brother All-Stars in season 7, taking home the grand prize of $500,000.
He would return to the long-running CBS reality show as a coach for season 14 in 2012.
The reality compeтιтion show, which launched in CBS in July 2000, is based on Dutch reality show of the same name created by producer John de Mol Jr. in 1997.
The series broadly follows the premise of other versions, in which a group of contestants, known as ‘HouseGuests’, live together in a specially constructed house that is isolated from the ‘Outside World’ for a cash prize.
