Fans into a frenzy this week when a resurfaced clip revealed a young pop star performing an iconic musical number went viral. 

A throwback video of the Grammy winner pᴀssionately singing The Sound of Music went viral on Saturday, showcasing her early talent.

While channeling Julie Andrews’ Maria from the 1965 film adaptation, young star was dressed more like one of the Von Trapp children, sporting a simple dress and braided hair—reminiscent of the costumes from the 1959 stage musical.

Many fans were stunned they had never seen the clip before, with one writing, ‘OMG I just found out this exists,’ as another posted. ‘Today years old cause I’ve been a [fan] a long time and I did not know that til now.’

The resurfaced clip comes after DailyMail.com reporting that Taylor will be subpoenaed to be questioned under oath as part of the on-going Blake Lively vs Justin Baldoni lawsuit battle, according to a source close to the legal action. 

The superstar has been close friends with Lively for over a decade and was named in legal filings from both sides in the escalating dispute over It Ends With Us.

Sources confirm Baldoni’s team has begun reaching out to the first group of potential witnesses, who are expected to testify at a yet-to-be-scheduled deposition, with more to follow.

Among those reportedly contacted are Swift, It Ends With Us co-stars Jenny Slate and Isabela Ferrer, senior WME staff (Lively’s agency), and Sony executives (the film’s distributor).

If deposed, Swift will testify under oath, with her statements recorded by a court reporter.

This latest development puts Lively in an uncomfortable position, as the 37-year-old Gossip Girl alum values her friendship with Swift and likely regrets her being pulled into the legal battle.

Swift is godmother to Lively and Ryan Reynolds’ three daughters—James, 10, Inez, 8, and Betty, 5—whose names are referenced in Swift’s song Betty, and they have attended her concerts.

In Baldoni’s January countersuit, he included alleged texts from Lively referring to Swift and Reynolds as her ‘dragons,’ seemingly likening herself to Game of Thrones’ Khaleesi.

One message allegedly states: “If you ever get around to watching Game of Thrones, you’ll appreciate I’m Khaleesi, and, like her, I happen to have a few dragons… Because my dragons also protect those I fight for. So really, we all benefit from those gorgeous monsters of mine. You will too, I can promise you.”

Some sources claim Swift now feels ‘used’ by her longtime friend.
