Lily-Rose Depp put on quite a sideshow as she walked the red carpet of the 97th Academy Awards, which were held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on Sunday.
The 25-year-old Nosferatu star flashed substantial ‘sideboob’ cleavage in a Chanel black-lace halter gown selected by her ‘wonderful’ stylist Spencer Singer.
The custom haute couture dress, featuring around 191K embroidery elements, reportedly took 515 hours of work to complete.
‘I really wanted to go classic, pure old Hollywood glamour,’ Lily-Rose told Vogue on Sunday.
‘I’m going to change into [another fun Chanel dress] and hit the after party since it’s my first time, and see what it’s all about!’
Hairstylist Bryce Scarlett channeled Veronica Lake’s swoop with Depp’s side-parted waves.

Make-up artist Nina Park fully contoured the nepo baby of Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis’ complexion, put rouge on her cheekbones, overlined her lips, and drew on cat eyeliner.
Lily-Rose later hit the stage to present the trophy for best costume design.
‘[Costume design is] an aspect of filmmaking that I love so much,’ Depp gushed.

‘I am endlessly in awe of [Nosferatu costume designer] Linda Muir and her incomparable work. I also grew up watching the Oscars every year without fail, which is another reason why I am so excited to be attending. It feels surreal!’
However, Wicked costume designer Paul Tazewell wound up winning the Oscar rather than Robert Eggers’ $179M-grossing horror remake, in which the Karl Lagerfeld muse starred as Ellen Hutter.
Lily-Rose presented as her ex-boyfriend Timothée Chalamet sat in the front row with his girlfriend, The Kardashians producer-star Kylie Jenner.
Depp famously dated the 29-year-old best actor nominee for two years after playing love interests in David Michôd’s 2019 historical epic The King, which streamed on Netflix.
The two-time César Award nominee – whose godfather is disgraced shock rocker Marilyn Manson – romantically moved on with rapper-singer 070 Shake aka Danielle Balbuena in 2023.
Oscar viewers reacted to the awkward moment via X, like user @drizzyferg who posted a close-up of Lily-Rose standing in front of an illustration of Timothée as Bob Dylan in A Complete Unknown.
