The custom haute couture dress, featuring around 191K embroidery elements, reportedly took 515 hours of work to complete.

‘I really wanted to go classic, pure old Hollywood glamour,’ Lily-Rose told Vogue on Sunday.

‘I’m going to change into [another fun Chanel dress] and hit the after party since it’s my first time, and see what it’s all about!’

Hairstylist Bryce Scarlett channeled Veronica Lake’s swoop with Depp’s side-parted waves.

However, Wicked costume designer Paul Tazewell wound up winning the Oscar rather than Robert Eggers’ $179M-grossing horror remake, in which the Karl Lagerfeld muse starred as Ellen Hutter.

Lily-Rose presented as her ex-boyfriend Timothée Chalamet sat in the front row with his girlfriend, The Kardashians producer-star Kylie Jenner.

Depp famously dated the 29-year-old best actor nominee for two years after playing love interests in David Michôd’s 2019 historical epic The King, which streamed on Netflix.
