Jennifer Garner took to Instagram this week to share a snippet of her grueling workout routine.

Engaging her audience of 17 million on Friday, the 52-year-old actress demonstrated her fitness and agility while doing a set of 18″ box jumps.

The mother-of-three, who shares her brood with ex-husband Ben Affleck, wore an olive green T-shirt, dark leggings, and white sneakers during the gym session.

She pulled her brunette locks into a bouncy ponytail as she followed virtual instructions from her trainer, The Limit founder Beth Nicely.

Garner is no stranger to challenging exercise — last fall she was spotted boxing on the season two set of The Last Thing He Told Me in Los Angeles.

And last summer she revealed what workouts she did to get ‘Marvel fit’ for the 2024 blockbuster hit ᴅᴇᴀᴅpool & Wolverine, in which she reprised her role as Elektra.

She shared a montage of her gym sessions in a reel, and wrote in her caption that before taking on the role, she was ‘fit, but not @marvel fit.’

Jennifer added, ‘Other than trying to convince my kids’ preschool buddies that I was secretly a ninja, I hadn’t picked up Elektra’s sais since 2004.’

Her routine included boxing three times a week, Peloton rides and high intensity interval training (HIIT).

To prep for the gig, the silver screen siren said, ‘My bestie and OG stunt double @shaunaduggins and I amped up our training, led by @bethjnicely at @thelimitfit: 1x/day, plus whatever homework she ᴀssigned for a second workout.’

The gym schedule also included ‘boxing 3x/ week with @flvcothefuture from @matchroomxchurchillgym. . And lots and lots of @onepeloton’s @becsgentry.’

Jennifer recalled, ‘We had #SuperHeroSummer over here, twirling sais in the backyard and laughing at our sore old bodies.’

Garner gave a shoutout to fellow actress Meghann Fahy, seemingly referencing an inside joke as she shared a selfie and captioned, ‘Cheers, @meghannfahy. Take a drink if you’ve ever been on Law & Order.’Meghan replied in the comments, ‘I could not love you more ♥️,’ before re-sharing the post via her Instagram Story and writing, ‘Marry me!’

She pᴀssed out food items from her Once Upon A Farm range of organic snacks and meals for babies and kids.

‘Thank you, @baby2baby, for supporting the wildfire victims of the preschool at my church,’ she wrote, adding a red heart emoji. 

Meanwhile, on her Instagram grid, Garner gave a shoutout to fellow actress Meghann Fahy.

She seemingly referenced an inside joke as she shared a selfie holding a Waterloo drink and captioned, ‘Cheers, @meghannfahy. Take a drink if you’ve ever been on Law & Order.’ 

A second slide showed a throwback scene from a cameo she made on the long-running crime series.

Meghan replied in the comments, ‘I could not love you more ♥️,’ before re-sharing the post via her Instagram Story and writing, ‘Marry me!’
