Zoe Saldana is the epitome of class in a plunging lace dress as she joins glamorous Julia Roberts at the Cesar Film Awards in Paris

Zoe Saldana and Julia Roberts showed off their glamorous sense of style as they stepped out on Friday to the 50th Cesar Film Awards at L’Olympia in Paris, France.

The Emilia Pérez actress, 46, looked nothing short of sensational as she put on a very leggy display in a black lace mini dress.

The stunning ensemble highlighted her toned figure with a plunging neckline and a ruffled, floor-length cape.

She paired the look with polka dot stockings that accentuated her slender legs and added height with a pair of black court stiletto heels.

To complete the glamorous outfit, she accessorised with a bold gold statement necklace and small stud earrings.

Zoe also posed for snaps alongside her husband and producer Marco Perego, 49, who looked dapper in a black suit.

The pair appeared in high spirits as they posed up a storm on the red carpet of the star-studded event.

Meanwhile, Julia, 57, wowed for the cameras in a sleek black co-ord. The chic outfit featured an off-the-shoulder draped top and smart black trousers.

She added a chunky silver bracelet and earrings to her look, finishing off with her auburn tresses styled into loose curls.

During the ceremony, Julia received an Honorary César, a special award that has been won by the likes of Cate Blanchett, George Clooney and, most recently, Christopher Nolan.

‘Julia Roberts is not only a movie star but also a cultural icon whose influence extends far beyond her performances,’ said the French film academy, which presents the Cesars.

‘Offscreen, she is dedicated to philanthropic causes, serving as an ambᴀssador for UNICEF and supporting numerous humanitarian efforts worldwide. An environmental advocate, she has lent her voice to documentaries about protecting the planet and actively campaigns for women’s rights,’ it added.

It comes after Zoe revealed the shock number of years she’s tied to James Cameron’s Avatar series.

While speaking in a chat for ᴅᴇᴀᴅline with Pete Hammond that was released Monday, the actress — who won Best Supporting Actress at the BAFTAs over the weekend — looked back on the start of her commitment to James Cameron’s mega-successful Avatar franchise.

Zoe, who was only 28 when she signed on for the first Avatar film, revealed the shocking length of time she’s not committed to appearing in the series — at least according to Cameron’s estimated timetable for the remaining three sequels.

‘I think — if all goes to plan — I’m gonna be 53, 54 for the fifth and very last one,’ she said to Hammond’s amazement.

The span indicated that she would be dedicated up to 26 years to the franchise, though she will of course be able to work on plenty of projects in between filming the sequels.

Zoe didn’t seem concerned about that time commitment, though.

She called the sci-fi world of Pandora ‘magical,’ and she said it was a ‘gift to revisit a character that has given me so much.’

Avatar went on to become the highest-grossing film ever and it has so far earned $2.92 billion from its initial theatrical run, home video releases and a successful rerelease in theaters ahead of its sequel.

That film, Avatar: The Way Of Water, was similarly well reviewed by critics and was an unstoppable juggernaut at the box office. So far, it has brought in an astounding $2.32 billion, making it the third highest-grossing film of all time.

In addition to her Avatar and Star Trek films, Zoe has also appeared in the Guardians Of The Galaxy and ᴀssociated Marvel films.

All together, her films have grossed $14 billion, primarily from those three franchises, but Zoe made it clear that she was done with her role of Gamora.

The actress is currently nominated for the Best Supporting Actress award at the Oscars for her role in Emilia Pérez.

While the film’s hopes for Best Picture and several other awards cratered after its star Karla Sofía Gascón’s litany of racist and Islamophobic tweets resurfaced in recent weeks, Zoe may still have a solid sH๏τ at the Oscars after her recent win.
