The 12-date KEEP ON MOVIN’ 2025 Tour, will kick off in Brighton on Friday, 31 October 2025, before traveling across the country.
And 25 years on from the height of their fame they look worlds away from their nineties boyband heyday as they appeared on the daytime show.
In particular fans of the band were shocked at J’s transformation as he sported a shaved head and muscly physique.
It was a busy day of promotion for the band as they made the announcement on Scott Mills’ Radio 2 Breakfast show.

There they revealed how they had been keeping the planning of the tour a secret as they shared their excitement for the future.
Scott asked them: ‘How long has this been in the works for then?’ as Abz replied: ‘Year and a half maybe? About a year and a half now.
He added, explaining how he kept the secret: ‘We went to an Airbnb because obviously we couldn’t be seen by anyone. We went to an Airbnb and within 30 seconds or less of seeing each other we we’re hugging at the door.
‘We got in and it was like, do you know what, this is incredible it feels amazing to be back in the presence of each other again and it just felt so right.
‘The timing was, we’ve never all been ready to do it at the same time and now we are. It’s absolutely mind-blowing.
Scott then asked: ‘And did everyone walk in there in shades and baseball caps?’
Ritchie joked: ‘A little bit. It was a little bit cloak and dagger yes!’
Scott replied saying: ‘How exciting! Just adds to the drama doesn’t it!’
J is making a shock return for the reunion. The rapper last made a public appearance in 2013 when he featured on ITV2 series The Big Reunion in which he hit back at bullying accusations from fellow band members.
Jason Paul ‘J’ Brown showed off a particularly different look (seen left in 1999 and right on This Morning)

Simon revealed that he nearly punched one of 90s boyband 5ive while working with the group during a heated exchange.
During an appearance on documentary Boybands Forever, Scott confessed he reached breaking point in 2001, recalling: ‘I pinned one of the big cheeses at the record label up against his desk with my foot, crushing him into the wall,’
‘And said, ‘I will f***ing leave this band, you try and f***ing stop me’, with Simon trying to fight me off him.’
Simon admitted: ‘We almost ended up in a fist fight. I was that close to punching him in the face.’
As reported by The Sun, Scott went on to confess: ‘I’d lost my mind. They had to call security and carry me out of the building kicking and screaming like a f***ing wild dog.’
Admitting the music industry came with a dark side, Simon mused: ‘You could make a lot of money, but it’s a really horrible, disgusting business at times. You’ve got to have thick skin.’
Last year, Ritchie revealed the staggeringly small amount he earned during his band’s hayday, despite selling 20 million records worldwide.
