The exhibit promises to celebrate the performance artist’s life in full force, from his unforgettable club performances to his iconic looks over the years. 

Leigh Bowery was born in 1961, and raised in Melbourne, Australia, but he moved to London in the 1980s. 

The fashion designer tragically pᴀssed in 1994 but his influence still resonates to this day, with figures like Lady Gaga and Boy George citing him as a major inspiration.
