Jane Seymour showed off her incredible figure in a glittering mini dress as she attended the star-studded TIME Women of the Year Gala in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

The actress, 74, looked amazing in the ɴuᴅᴇ number which boasted a sheer mesh glittering neckline and short sleeves. 

Styling her long tresses loose in waves, Jane elevated her frame in a pair of silver dazzling strappy heels. 

The British star accessorised with a simple silver bracelet and wore a glamorous palette of makeup to accentuate her beauty. 

Jane looked in good spirits as she took a seat at the dinner next to Whitney Cummings and the pair beamed for a pH๏τo together.

They are: she does not diet, she eats healthy foods, her snacks are nuts, she lifts weights, and she takes an elixir.

‘Being healthy just feels good, it keeps me going, it gives me energy,’ she explained.

And that means the Live And Let Die actress does not follow a strict diet and she stays away from drugs like Ozempic to stay thin.

‘People ask me if I have a cheat day with my diet and I respond that I am never on a diet, I just make good choices and stick with them,’ said the cover girl.

‘If you think you are on a diet, you will lose track, you will cheat,’ Jane mused. ‘But if you find healthy foods you really love, that make you feel good, you never feel shorted.’ 

Jane recently opened up about the moment she met her boyfriend John Zambetti a year prior and what she thought about dating at the time.

The actress, who previously admitted she was ‘done with men’, dished to Tamron Hall that she wasn’t out looking for a relationship when she first locked eyes with Zambetti.

‘I was very, very single. And a girlfriend said, “You must come out with me,” and I went, “Look I’m 73, I don’t think I’m going out or doing anything. I’m done with guys, it’s not happening,”‘ she shared.

Despite being ‘done with guys,’ Jane soon found herself set up on a blind date by her friend, rapper Shwayze, who invited her to his concert at a Malibu club.

‘The next thing I know a mutual friend of ours, who’s a rapper called Shwayze, calls and says, “Hey, I’m performing there next week. Do you want to come? I’ve got someone I want you to meet,”‘ she recalled.

Jane decided to attend the show, where she would be introduced to her ‘extraordinary’ boyfriend Zambetti.

‘So I go [to the show] and Shwayze does his thing and I’m there with Shwayze’s grandmother and this guy says, “I think we’re supposed to meet,’ and I looked at him and went, “Yes, we are.” That’s the answer, right? I was told I was supposed to meet someone,’ she continued.

‘Long story short, [Zambetti and I] ended up having a very, very long chat the next day with a cup of tea, which ended up having dinner,’ she continued.

It turns out that Zambetti’s son and her son have known one another since childhood. 

‘And then we realized that his son, Shwayze, and my son, Sean, they were all friends and he used to hang out at my house,’ she said.

Despite the boys spending time at both of their homes, Jane and Zambetti ‘never met’ before and that he was ‘happily married for 43 years until sadly his wife pᴀssed.’

The Harry Wild star said that her man is one of the greatest things that happened to her and cares for her in a way she never knew was possible.

The starlet has four children: Katherine, 43, and Sean Flynn, 39 and twins John Stacy and Kristopher Steven, 29; the family seen in 2020

‘He’s the most wonderful, loving, extraordinary man. He’s an ER doctor, very handy. And he has a rock band for the last 60 years called The Malibooz with Walter Egan,’ she shared about her boyfriend. 

The pair have repeatedly credited their kids for helping them find one another.

Before dating Zambetti, Jane was married four times. She shares children Katherine, 41, and Sean Flynn, 38, with her ex-husband David Flynn.

She also shares twin sons John Stacy and Kristopher Steven, 27, with her ex-husband James Keach.

Now that she is in a new chapter of her life, the actress says she is ‘having the happiest time of my life. In many ways.’
