‘That was gold. That [moment] might’ve been bigger than me and Alec but his 43-pound wife was chasing me down in high heels trying to grab my phone,’ he explained.
When asked about Alec threatening his life over his Rust jokes, Scoop admitted that he did ‘get nervous’ because the Hollywood veteran is a ‘scary man.’
‘I definitely thought he was going to physically hit me. 100 percent. Yeah,’ he confessed to TMZ. ‘I don’t want to admit this but, yes, I did get a little nervous.’
He continued: ‘I’m a human being. He’s a scary man.’
While he was left shaken by Alec’s fury, Scoop said he also knew in the moment that he’d captured internet ‘gold.’
Scoop also addressed the situation via Instagram on Tuesday by issuing a mock ‘statement’ on the matter as President Trump.
In the clip, he called Alec ‘mentally not there’ before making fun of Hilaria’s Spanish accent controversy.
He also joked about the possibility of pursuing legal action against Alec.
Alec — who served as lead actor and co-producer of Rust — pointed a gun at Hutchins during a rehearsal on set of the Western film when the revolver went off, killing Hutchins and wounding director Joel Souza on October 21, 2021.
The involuntary manslaughter case was thrown out last year with Baldwin returning to work in Hollywood and even filming a reality show.
The shock shooting was front and center of Trump impersonator Scoop’s comedy routine, which has since gone viral.

Scoop, who donned a suit and a blond wig for the meet, was seen approaching Baldwin as he unpacked his car, saying: ‘Alec it’s your favorite President. Alec, I will offer you a total pardon because I want to be friends.’
Following Baldwin to his car, he said: ‘I will give you a total pardon for murdering that woman if you kiss the ring, kiss the ring, kiss the ring Alec.
‘Come on, look at Alec Baldwin, he did that impersonation of me, it was not too H๏τ, not too H๏τ… Look at that suitcase.
‘Alec if you don’t want that pardon for murdering that woman in cold blood, you can call it first degree,
Scoop then imitated Hutchins, telling Baldwin: ‘She’s looking down on me, smiling, happy, “thank you for confronting the man who took me out, who killed me.”
A visibly irate Baldwin stepped close to Scoop, saying: ‘Now, now, now, let me ask you a question. Now I want you to look at me, look at me .
‘Have you got a camera on me now?… My kids live in this building.’
Scoop quipped: ‘We love the children, we’re doing great deals for the children.’
Baldwin appeared to tap Scoop on the shoulder and said: ‘If this camera wasn’t here, I’d snap your f*****g neck in half and break your f*****g neck, you know that don’t you?’

Baldwin’s trial for involuntary manslaughter was thrown out after a judge ruled evidence had been mishandled.
The Boss Baby star has repeatedly insisted that he didn’t pull the trigger of the gun or know why it contained live ammunition.
Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the film’s armorer, was jailed for 18 months in April after being found guilty of charges connected to the incident.
Rust resumed filming and finished its shoot in May 2023, saying in an Instagram post marking its completion: ‘It’s been a long and difficult road. But we reach the end of the trail today.’

A judge later upheld an involuntary manslaughter conviction against the movie’s armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, in the fatal shooting of Hutchins
Gutierrez-Reed asked a New Mexico court to dismiss her conviction or convene a new trial, alleging that prosecutors failed to share evidence that could have cleared her over the shooting on the set of Rust.
Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer, however, explained in her written order that Gutierrez-Reed’s attorneys did not establish that there was a reasonable possibility that the outcome of the trial would have been different had the evidence been available to her.
The judge also rejected a request from Gutierrez-Reed that she be released from custody, saying it was moot because the request for a new trial was denied.
Last month Baldwin filed a civil lawsuit against the Rust case prosecutors for defamation and malicious prosecution and civil rights violations after his involuntary manslaughter trial was dismissed on July 12.
Baldwin claimed the defendants – including Kari Morrissey, Mary Carmack-Altwies, three Santa Fe Police investigators, and county board of commissioners – ‘intentionally mishandled evidence.’
Baldwin is married to Hilaria and the pair share seven children aged 10 to 20 months.
On Tuesday, Hilaria was seen out and about in NYC with her and Alec’s two-year-old daughter Ilaria
The mom, dressed in jeans and slippers, looked relaxed as she made her way down the sidewalk with her baby in her arms
Alec is also dad to Ireland Baldwin, 29, with ex-wife Kim Basinger, 71.
They announced their reality show, The Baldwins, on social media in July, saying, ‘We have an announcement to make,’ the Yoga instructor said before a record scratch sound effect cut her off.
Alec responded, ‘Good God, no,’ which prompted Hilaria to exclaim: ‘No, definitely not! We’re done having kids.’
‘We’re inviting you into our home to experience the ups and downs, the good, the bad, the wild and the crazy,’ Alec said in the video. ‘Home is the place we love to be most.’
