Christina Haack’s estranged husband Josh Hall claims he was totally unaware that they had dined at the same restaurant on Monday night amid their bitter divorce.

Haack spotted Hall at the Newport Beach H๏τspot Ocean 48 while enjoying dinner with her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa’s new wife Heather and her daughter Taylor.

Taking to her Instagram Story, the HGTV star, 41, seemingly referred to Hall as a ‘snake’ as she posted about her ‘relaxing GNO.’

She included a boomerang image of her, Heather and Taylor clanking glᴀsses at their dimly lit table.

‘When you’re having a relaxing GNO with @heatherraeelmoussa and Tay and [snake emoji] shows up at your spot,’ captioned Haack, who boasts nearly 2million followers.

The following day, Hall responded by claiming that he ‘didn’t see’ his ex-wife at the restaurant but that he would’ve made a bold move if he did.

He reposted a PEOPLE article reporting on Haack’s shady Instagram Story post. 

‘Just got sent this … funny, I didn’t even see her,’ he wrote, adding: ‘I would have totally sent a drink over.’

He concluded by calling Ocean 48 a ‘great spot.’

On Monday night, Hall posted about being at the pricey Newport Beach eatery with a several friends.

‘Little surf and turf with this crew,’ captioned the real estate agent, who flashed a huge smile in the group pH๏τo.

Hall made the Instagram Story post one hour after Haack announced that she’d spotted him at the restaurant.

Hall filed for divorce from Haack in July 2024 after two years of marriage.

While both Haack and Hall have moved on romantically, they’re still embroiled in a contentious divorce battle.  

Earlier this month, Haack claimed on her new HGTV series The Flip Off that Hall asked her for a whopping $3.5million.

She shared the shock update on her and Hall’s divorce proceedings while working with her partners Michael Lange and Kylie Wing.

According to a teaser shared by PEOPLE on February 5, in one scene Lange asked Christina, ‘So when do you have court next week?’

Haack replied: ‘Court? Oh, it got postponed because [Josh] made a horrible offer. He asked for $3.5 million from me.’

Wing then facetiously quipped, ‘A very fair offer,’ as Christina echoed, ‘He said it was “very fair.”‘

Christina and Josh were expected to compete ‘to find, buy, renovate and flip a house for the biggest financial gain’ on The Flip Off alongside her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and his wife Heather El Moussa.

But months after their split it was announced that he would no longer appear on the renovation show.

Last month, on an episode of Jeff Lewis Live, Haack said she and her ex were ‘not even close’ to resolving their separation.

‘We’re going to be going to trial, I hear,’ she said on the Radio Andy show.

She continued, ‘[The court hasn’t] ordered me yet but he’s been asking me [for money]. I’ve already had to give a little something but then he bought a Bentley. I gave him money to live and he bought a Bentley, but he also doesn’t have a job, so.’

In the January 29 The Flip Off series premiere, Christina detailed Josh’s alleged treatment toward her throughout their marriage in a tearful conversation with her ex Tarek.

She revealed that she and Josh had officially separated after a huge ‘blow up’ argument.

Hall even appeared in the episode, as viewers witnessed him tell his wife he wished she would ‘shut up.’

In a recent interview with Us Weekly, Haack opened up about whether she would tie the knot again following the end of her marriage to Josh.

‘I’ll always love love,’ Christina told the outlet, and then added, ‘I probably will [get married again] eventually. But, not anytime soon.’

Haack and Hall tied the knot in 2022 before announcing their split last July after they each filed for divorce one day apart.

She was married to Ant Anstead from 2018 to 2021, and the pair share son Hudson, five.

Christina was married to Tarek from 2009 to 2018. They share daughter Taylor, 15, and son Brayden, nine.

Haack is currently dating businessman Christopher Larocca while her ex Hall has been linked to ʙικιɴι model Stephanie Gabrys since January.
