She is known for her dedicated fitness routine and often shares an array of impressive gym snaps with her followers. 

And on Tuesday Rita shared another of her health regimes as she took them along on a H๏τ sauna and cold plunge pool session. 

The singer, 34, left little to the imagination as she showed off her jaw dropping figure in a very skimpy orange ʙικιɴι. 

Getting ready to relax with her podcasts, Rita explained to followers she would be spending 45 minutes in the sauna before taking a plunge in a cold pool. 

Flaunting her toned physique from all angles, the star filmed herself getting into the cold plunge pool as she teased: ‘A little ʙuтт show your welcome’ 

She then rinsed off in the shower before posing in front of the mirror as she flexed her muscles and exclaimed: ‘Ok we did that!’

The star accessorsied her look with a belly chain and multiple anklets as she showed off her toned abs. 

Earlier this month Rita took to Instagram with a new pH๏τo dump of skimpy gym gear as she posed in a light grey sports bra and matching shorts.

She has been enjoying a stint in Australia, most recently spending time in the Gold Coast with her film director husband Taika Waiтιтi, 49.

Another image saw her posing in a matching black gym set as she enjoyed a H๏τ yoga session on the Gold Coast.

She later modelled a pretty animal print co-ord which she wore with black sliders and stylish shades.  

The musician has been spending time in the picturesque area while filming new live-action science fiction film Voltron.

Rita and Taika, who wed in an intimate ceremony in 2022, have been spending more time Down Under, with Taika currently also working on several projects.

Despite being replaced as a panellist on ITV’s The Masked Singer show by Maya Jama, and her pop career seeming to be a bit quiet, Rita is still hitting the big notes when it comes to making money.

The Mail’s Richard Eden revealed that she earned £5million last year, on the back of music sales, television and acting work and profit on a property investment.

Alongside a snap of the pair of them cuddling together, she penned: ‘RIP to the one family member who always brought us all back together – love you bruniiii – when pets leave they are not gone forever just simply watching over you from another probably more comfortable place for them.’ 

Rita then posted a snap of the feline getting comfortable in a show box as Rita revealed that he would always want to join her went she went away.

To finish her heart-felt posts, she shared a snap of the pet looking directly down the camera and wrote that she would love him forever.
