Halsey has put her stunning Los Angeles neighborhood home for sale, asking for $5.499 million.

The stunning home is located in the LA neighborhood of Los Feliz, built in 1928 by architect Arthur W. Larson.

Halsey, who uses she/they pronouns, bought the Spanish Colonial Revival mansion in September 2023, owning if for less than two years before deciding to sell the property.

The home has five bedrooms and five full baths and one half bath, totaling 5,866 square feet.

The home is called The Clifford Clinton Residence, after its previous owner – Clifford Clinton – the founder of Clifton’s Cafeteria.

The mansion includes a pool, Juliette balconies, a movie theater, courtyards and stained glᴀss windows.

The home, which is listed by Carl Gambino and Alyson Richards of Gambino Group at Compᴀss, sits on .34 acres of land across from Griffith Park.

Halsey purchased the home in early September 2023 for $4.969 million after it was put on the market for $5.8 million.

Prior to the Los Feliz home, Halsey lived in a Calabasas mansion that she bought from Liam Payne for $10.2 million.

She lived in the Calabasas home for two years before moving into the Los Feliz property.

Prior to that, Halsey owned a home in the LA area of Sherman Oaks in 2019 until 2021.

She also owned a Hollywood Hills home from 2017 until 2019, which she bought for $2.23 million

In early September 2024, Halsey called Avan her fiancé.

She retweeted the story, adding: ***fiancé Avan Jogia.’

Halsey, born Ashley Nicolette Frangipane, shares son Ender Ridley, three, with her ex-partner Alex Aydin.

They split in April 2023 after dating for four years.
