Ariana Grande continues to spark concern amongst fans with her latest painfully thin appearance at the SAG Awards: ‘Someone has to intervene!’

Ariana Grande continued to spark concern amongst fans with her latest painfully thin appearance at the 2025 SAG Awards in LA on Sunday evening.

The Wicked star, 31, who had been nominated for Best Supporting Actress, graced the red carpet in a strapless floral gown which displayed her alarmingly slim physique.

Ariana’s dress, with corset and flowing, train and showed her very thin arms and shoulders as she posed for the cameras.

Worried fans took to X to share their concern, with one even begging for the singer’s loved ones to intervene.

They wrote: ‘For real tho. Is Ariana Grande ok? She so thin and talks so slow now. Im actually worried’: ‘Someone’s got to intervene with Ariana because something is NOT right with her. She’s too skinny and looks like she’s faking a smile it’s sooo depressing being a fan’.

‘I hope Ariana Is healthy. I hope , she gains some weight. Healthy weight. Women should love their body without dieting crazy. One day, I hope to see that women are seen beautiful at a healthy weight. Not being Rail thin’.

It comes just a week after a fresh image of alarmingly thin Ariana signing pH๏τographs at the BAFTAs sparked fresh health concerns.

‘I just hope she’s okay because I certainly would not be if I were in her shoes and everyone felt so d*** enтιтled to talk about my body all the time,’ one social media user posted to Reddit — the website where the image, which has now been deleted, was posted.

Another wrote: ‘Every time I see a new pic I feel shocked all over again’. ‘It’s sad to watch it happen’.

The Grammy Award winning singer was subject to relentless discussion about her appearance during the promo tour for box office hit, Wicked, in which she starred as Glinda.

Health professionals have long warned that having a visible sternum and gaunt cheeks as an adult may be a sign of health conditions including malnourishment — sparking speculation that she may be suffering health troubles.

In December, during an emotional interview with the French journalist Sally, who’s real name is Salima Jeanne Poumbga, Ariana also addressed the relentless discussions online around her weight.

The singer, who rose to fame on Nickelodeon’s Victorious in 2010, said: ‘I’ve been doing this in front of the public, been a specimen in a petri dish since I was 16 or 17. I have heard it all.

‘I’ve heard every version of it, of what’s wrong with me. And then you fix it, then it’s wrong for different reasons.

The 31st Screen Actors Guild Awards clarified the road to the Oscars and ended with upset wins.

Demi Moore cemented her comeback status when she won Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role, while Timothée Chalamet shocked awards prognosticators when he won the Male Actor in a Leading Role award for his Bob Dylan biopic A Complete Unknown.

Demi beat out Pamela Anderson, who was hoping for her own comeback win for Gia Coppola’s The Last Showgirl, after earning her first-ever SAG nomination.

Conclave also continued its awards-season success by winning the final honor of the night for Cast in a Motion Picture for the papal-selection drama Conclave.

The SAG Awards were held Sunday night at the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall in Los Angeles.

The annual ceremony, which was hosted by Nobody Wants This star Kristen Bell, was streamed live on Netflix for the second year in a row.

It was presented by the Screen Actors Guild–American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) and bills itself as the ‘only televised awards ceremony to exclusively honor actors.’

During the hours-long ceremony, 13 awards were handed for ‘outstanding performances’ in both film and TV that were decided on by SAG-AFTRA’s 130,000+ members.
