Hollywood’s biggest stars paid tribute to Los Angeles’ real-life heroes at the 2025 SAG Awards, showing graтιтude for the firefighters who bravely battled the devastating wildfires that tore through the city just weeks earlier.
The Shrine Auditorium wasn’t just home to Hollywood’s finest on Sunday—it was also a stage for appreciation, as celebrities took time to pose and celebrate the courageous first responders.
Cynthia Erivo and Kathy Bates beamed as they flanked an officer backstage, proving that beneath all the glitz and glam, Tinseltown has plenty of heart.
Fresh off her win for Best Supporting Actress, Zoe Saldana lit up the room with her megawatt smile, proudly posing alongside a troop of uniformed firefighters.
Meanwhile, SNL alum Molly Shannon stood out in her striking red gown, radiating warmth as she cozied up to the men and women in navy blue.
Even Kieran Culkin and Peter Dinklage got in on the moment, sharing laughs with a group of firefighters as they gathered around a table, swapping stories in between sips of champagne.

In January, a series of catastrophic wildfires erupted across Los Angeles County, devastating communities and prompting widespread evacuations.
The Palisades Fire ignited on January 7, consuming approximately 23,707 acres, while the Eaton Fire, starting the same day, scorched around 14,021 acres.

Both fires raged for weeks, overwhelming firefighting efforts and leading to the destruction of thousands of structures.
Tragically, these events resulted in at least 28 fatalities and forced nearly 200,000 residents to evacuate their homes.
The Altadena neighborhood was particularly hard-hit, with many homes lost and the local arts community rallying to support those affected.
In response to the devastation, the Getty Trust established a $14 million emergency fund to ᴀssist artists and art workers who suffered losses.
Additionally, Disaster Recovery Centers have been set up in Altadena and UCLA Research Park West to aid residents in their recovery efforts.
Dozens of celebrities also lost their multi-million-dollar mega-mansions in the apocalyptic Los Angeles fires.
