Jenny Powell stepped out in Manchester looking sensational in a figure-hugging white dress that showed off her incredible figure.

The TV presenter, 56, oozed glamour in the sleek ensemble, which she paired with statement knee-high boots which added an extra touch of elegance. 

Her glossy brunette locks tumbled effortlessly over her shoulders as she left the Habbibi restaurant with her fiancé Martin Lowe.

The star wowed in the wrap around shirt dress as she walked down the street with her arms around Marrtin.

Adding a bold pop of colour, Jenny clutched onto a striking green fur coat and toted her belongings in a black YSL cross body bag.

Martin proposed to Jenny on New Year’s Eve in 2014, but the star previously said the couple have no plans to get married, and she thinks they’ll remain ‘permanently engaged’.

She has two children, daughters Constance, 22, and Pollyanna, 14, from her previous relationship with Toby Baxendale, a British entrepreneur.

It comes after Jenny bravely showed her surgery scars and opened up about her health battles.

Just four months ago, she underwent a hysterectomy and has explained that the last two years have been the most difficult for her.

Jenny told OK!: ‘Even though I tried to send out all these positive, smiley, “everything’s lovely’” vibes, I was suffering.

‘I had terrible bleeding, really bad, to the point where I was changing four times a day and in a job like mine, that isn’t good.’

The former Wheel of Fortune star thinks that women’s health is ‘neglected’ and that the concept of ‘just getting used’ to struggling is something that frustrates her.

The Greatest Hits Radio host had been on a family holiday in her ʙικιɴι last year when some paparazzi pictures of herself started doing the rounds in the media.

When she saw the images, Jenny noticed a ‘bump in [her] lower abdomen’ which caused concern and she underwent an MRI.

The scan revealed that her abdomen was as if she ‘was about 16 weeks pregnant’ with the amount of pressure it was under, and she felt compelled to share her story.

She added: ‘It was so big it was pressing on my intestines, on my bladder, on my kidneys. It’s only looking back – now that it’s gone – that I think, ‘Wow.’ And that’s why I put it all out there.’

In the images shared, Jenny posed in a bar and shorts as she gave a full view of the extent of her scars.

The images had been taken over the course of a four-week time span, and the scarring became more dramatic as the days went on.

Jenny is mother to Constance, 24, and Pollyanna, 16, and explained that women perhaps ignore health issues as they focus on others in their life.

But she insisted that is not an ‘acceptable’ atтιтude to have and has been ‘inundated with messages’ with messages in a similar position to hers.

‘But I’m just wondering if they’ll be any connection between it and my emotions. So it will be interesting. I’m just about to put my fancy gown on so come back later.’

Jenny previously revealed she was forced into hospital after severe menopause symptoms left her struggling to ‘get out of bed every day.’
