Kendra Wilkinson was back in the gym on Wednesday as she continues on her weight-loss journey — one month after trolls criticized her appearance.

The Playboy veteran, 39, took to her Instagram Story to share a busty selfie as she prepared to get in a grueling workout.

Wilkinson had on a black sports bra and high-waisted gray biker shorts as she posed in front of a weight rack.

She looked incredible, going completely fresh-faced for her weekday gym visit.

‘Love getting back into the swing of things,’ Wilkinson wrote to her 3.1million followers. ‘Working out again feels so damn good. Energy on point. Here’s to health.’

The star also revealed that she is fueling her muscles with healthier, balanced meals to get her vitamins and healthy fats in.

This comes one month after the San Diego native admitted she had ‘gained weight’ in a candid post, acknowledging that her figure had changed since her Playboy days.

Even then, the mother-of-two — who shares 15-year-old son Hank Jr. and 10-year-old daughter Alijah with ex-husband Hank Baskett, 42 — told fans she feels good and is ‘mentally healthy.’ 

Addressing the topic she wrote, ‘Yes, I’ve gained weight. Yes, I’m aging. Yes, I’m not that girl I was before (playboy girl) but for once in a long time I feel good and mentally healthy.’

The proud mom gushed, ‘Kids are my everything. Feeling pretty balanced. Working out and cooking a lot more. Golf, work. No housekeeper or nanny.’

The note went on, ‘For those of you hating on my new weight, 40 yr old face please know that I’m happy, healthy and at peace in life finally. Leave me alone and respect that I’m where I actually want to be finally all together.’

The former reality television personality will turn 40 on June 12.

Getting ahead of the critics, she said, ‘Almost 40 is feeling amazing and yes, to the people criticizing my alcohol intake…I hear you and that will be monitored better.’

She admitted, ‘Drinking too much is definitely drinking too much but you know what’s coming up in JUNE…. SH๏τs. Love ya.’

Wilkinson is now working in real estate and starred on a Discovery+ series about the job called Kendra Sells Hollywood from 2021 to 2023.

She told PEOPLE in November: ‘I feel a little regret filming my last show because I wasn’t really ready.

‘I was a little off mentally and I wasn’t prepared to be on a camera just yet. I wasn’t fully healed or there yet. Now I feel there,’ she explained.
