Mark Wahlberg showcased his hunky shirtless physique as he enjoyed a hearty 4am breakfast on Tuesday.
The film star, 53, looked great as he displayed his muscles while filling up on the early morning meal rustled up by his chef Lawrence Duran.
Despite it being revealed last year that he was scaling back his gruelling daily routine, Mark still got stuck into a very large breakfast which included pork chops, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon.
In a video shared to his Instagram, the actor was seen pouring olive oil over his food as he joked for the chef to ‘tell me something new’ – despite eating the same meal everyday for four months.
The chef chuckled as he confirmed ‘same thing’, before reeling off the list of breakfast items which also included yogurt and blueberries.
Clearly impressed with the spread, Mark said: ‘This is the s**t that Top Cat be eating out the alley, damn.’

Fist-bumping the desk, Mark then exclaimed: ‘Chef’s about to get me swelled the f**k up!’
Captioning his post, he shared: ‘Same breakfast for four months, but I do what I gotta do. 4 am club.’
Back in 2018, Mark revealed his gruelling daily schedule included waking up at 2.30am and sessions in a ‘cyro chamber.’
However last year, he backtracked on the punishing routine that baffled fans, saying it left him with ‘the worst eating habits’.
After the early wake-up, the Ted star would eat breakfast at 3.15am, followed by a 95-minute workout, another meal, shower, snack, golf and ‘cryo chamber recovery’ – all before 10.30am.
Six years on, Wahlberg spoke out against the routine, which he did to prepare for physical roles, admitting it was ‘so extreme.’
He said he wishes he had realised this sooner as he’d ‘have another 15-year run at doing more physical movies’.
Now, instead of eating four full meals at 3.15am, 5.30am, 8am and then 10.30am, the Pain and Gain star has ditched the early morning starts and enjoys just one breakfast at a more human hour.

Where he was once having seven meals a day, Wahlberg has now scaled it down to four, but his daily menu still costs more than $150 a day and was met with outrage by fans on TikTok.
One person wrote: ‘Seriously, I don’t care how much money you have… That’s an absurd amount of food.’
