Anya Taylor-Joy channeled Kate Moss in an iconic Mugler look as she attended SNL’s star-studded 50th anniversary on Sunday. 

The actress, 28,  looked sensational in the eye-catching ensemble, 30-years after the supermodel debuted it on the Paris Fashion Week runway. 

The outfit boasted a yellow corseted jacket with structured collar, peplum detailing as well as a plunging sweetheart neckline. 

But while Kate modelled it with a black pencil skirt, Anya opted instead for figure-hugging maxi skirt and accessorised with a chic necklace. 

The Mad Max star swept back her bleached blonde locks while strands framed her dainty features that had been adorned with glam make-up.

Anya oozed confidence as she hit the red carpet with husband Malcolm McRae, 30, before joining fellow A-listers to enjoy the show.

Social media was abuzz over Kevin Costner’s reaction to Ryan Reynolds’ joke over the Justin Baldoni scandal during the 50th Anniversary Special. 

Reynolds was seated next to wife Blake Lively in the audience when Tina Fey and Amy Poehler jokingly asked, ‘How’s it going?’ to which the actor ᴅᴇᴀᴅpanned, ‘Great – why, what have you heard?’—a hint at the ongoing legal drama with Lively’s It Ends with Us co-star Baldoni that has dominated headlines. 

Seated just behind Reynolds and Lively, Oscar winner Costner seemed to grimace at the casual handling of the serious allegations, which involve claims of Sєxual harᴀssment and smear campaigns.

Fans quickly took to social media to share the SNL clip, commenting on Costner’s expression. 

One user posted, ‘The rest of us are Kevin Costner. Blake and Ryan have some explaining to do. Also, what they did to Justin Baldoni is not funny at all. #SNL50.’

This appearance marked Lively’s first red carpet event in two months, the last one occurring before the scandal with Baldoni, 41, erupted late last year.

The legal drama continues, with Lively accusing Baldoni of Sєxual harᴀssment in a lawsuit, while Baldoni has filed a $400 million suit accusing Lively, Reynolds, and publicist Leslie Sloane of defamation and extortion. 

Baldoni has denied the allegations brought by Lively, while Lively, Reynolds, and Sloane have denied Baldoni’s claims.

One X user seemed to take this into account when commenting on Costner’s reaction, ‘The look on Kevin’s face is priceless. Considering Kevin has written and created movies, he must be disgusted.’

Lively’s last red carpet appearance took place on December 11, 2024, at the Beauty Inc Awards in New York City, just weeks before the legal battle with Baldoni unfolded.
