The Oscar-winning actor, 70, arrived solo on the red carpet at 30 Rockefeller Center, despite recent buzz linking him to an array of Hollywood A-listers, including Jewel and Sharon Stone.

Since his split from estranged wife Christine Baumgartner in May 2023 after 18 years of marriage, Costner has embraced the single life with confidence and style. 

His modern suit, paired with an open-collared shirt and sleek, contemporary glᴀsses, added a touch of effortless cool to his red carpet look.

Later, Costner was spotted in the audience, seated next to Jenna Ortega as a skit unfolded before them—caught in the middle of the action.

This appearance follows a whirlwind of buzz surrounding Costner’s viral presence during Super Bowl events, where he was seen mingling at pre-parties, on the field, and at after-parties, cozied up to several A-listers.

After a lighthearted bromance with Pete Davidson, Costner was seen enjoying the company of stars like Miles Teller and his wife Keleigh Sperry, Hoda Kotb, and actor David Osokow.

Kevin and Pete were also spotted the day before at Michael Rubin’s 2025 Fanatics Super Bowl Party at The Sugar Mill, rubbing elbows with some of the biggest names in town. 

Oprah’s best friend, Gayle King, took a moment to greet Kevin at the star-studded event as well.

As for why Kevin was the talk of the weekend in New Orleans: he arrived early, spent plenty of time both on the field and in his VIP box, and even made an appearance at a pre-party the night before.

 It was clear—Kevin was everywhere during the Super Bowl festivities.

His Super Bowl spotlight comes just after news of his ex-wife Christine Baumgartner’s engagement to their former neighbor, Josh Connor. 

Baumgartner, 50, a handbag designer, and Kevin finalized their divorce in February 2024, following their May 2023 split after 18 years of marriage.

They share three children: Cayden, 17, Hayes, 15, and Grace, 14.

Christine is now set to marry her financier fiancé, who popped the question in Santa Barbara last weekend. 

A source close to the couple shared with PEOPLE: ‘It was about to rain, so almost no one else was on the beach when Josh got down on one knee.’

Late last year, Christine was reported to be feeling ‘so happy’ in her new relationship with Josh.

A source shared in December: ‘Christine and Josh’s relationship started as a friendship, so they have a really strong foundation. They share the same values, and she feels so happy and supported in this new relationship. They’re so in love. It’s been a very natural and positive step forward for Christine.’

The pair first sparked romance rumors when they were spotted together in Hawaii in July 2023, igniting speculation about a blossoming love affair. 

A month later, however, Christine’s lawyer firmly maintained during a child support hearing that she and Josh were merely ‘pals, and nothing more than that.’

Following their divorce last year, Kevin was ordered to pay Christine $63,209 in monthly child support. 

Initially, she had requested a sum of $248,000 per month.
