Kylie Jenner fans joke she is ‘not in Calabasas anymore’ as BAFTAs host David Tennant interacted with her and boyfriend Timothée Chalamet during the star-studded ceremony on Sunday.
The former Doctor Who actor, who is presenting the British awards held at the Royal Festival Hall, poked fun at the loved-up couple.
David joked that the Wonka actor was actually the ‘runner up’ of the Timothée Chalamet lookalike compeтιтion which he turned up to himself back in October.
David said: ‘We are very privileged tonight to be joined by the runner up in New York’s recent Timothée Chalamet compeтιтion. Welcome to the BAFTAs. I can see it young man. There is a definite likeness isn’t there. How long are you in London?’
Timothée replied: ‘Three days’.
David joked: ‘You got to work on the voice, not quite got the voice yet. Lovely attention to detail though he is with a Kylie Jenner lookalike.’

Fans quickly rushed to X – formerly known as Twitter – to say they were ‘losing their minds’ over seeing Kylie interact with David and that the pair were definitely not on their 2025 bingo cards.
They wrote: ‘Kylie Jenner experiencing The Proclaimers and Take That in one night. She’s not in Calabasas anymore; David Tennant calling Kylie Jenner a lookalike TO HER FACE is sending me;
‘Didn’t ever think I’d see David Tennant and Kylie Jenner interact but here we are; Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner’s lookalikes at the BAFTAs;
‘Losing my mind watching Kylie Jenner seeing Wallace and Gromit win multiple awards, (as it should) and Take That perform’.
It comes after Timothee sparked pandemonium among screaming fans in New York in October after unexpectedly showing up to his own lookalike contest.
Flanked by bodyguards, the actor posed for pH๏τographs with his curly-haired doppelgangers – some of whom had dressed as his characters, including Willy Wonka and Dune protagonist Paul Atreides.
At times, adoring fans accidentally heaped their attention on the lookalikes, apparently thinking they were face-to-face with the real Chalamet.
The frenzied event, advertised on flyers around New York, was one of several doppelganger compeтιтions hosted by YouTube personality Anthony Po.

As word spread on social media, thousands of people RSVP’d to the compeтιтion, which promised $50 for the winner.
But minutes after the compeтιтion began – and before the actor made his entrance – police ordered the large group to disperse from Washington Square Park.
Organizers were slapped with a $500 fine for an ‘unpermitted costume contest’, and at least one doppelganger was dragged away in handcuffs as the crowd screamed: ‘Let him go!’
Witnesses and compeтιтors told DailyMail.com the scenes that unfolded were ‘insane’.
‘It was really funny, like a spectacle,’ bystander Megan Hattie Stahl, 33, said. ‘The people filming it and the people reacting to the cops became another layer of spectacle. It was just absurd.’
