The How to Lose A Guy in 10 Days star plays Isla Gordon, the sister of the president of a professional basketball team in LA, in the forthcoming series.

It will premiere on the streamer on February 27, less than a year after it was announced at the platform’s 2024 Upfront presentation.

Running Point was created by Mindy, Ike Barinholtz, and David Stᴀssen.

It’s centered around Hudson’s Isla, who is described as ‘ambitious and often overlooked,’ in the show’s official synopsis.

The log line continued, ‘Isla will have to prove to her skeptical brothers, the board, and the larger sports community that she was the right choice for the job.’

Brenda Song, Max Greenfield, Chet Hanks, Justin Theroux Scott MacArthur, Fabrizio Guido, Toby Sandeman, Max Greenfield, and Jay Ellis are also in the series.
