Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria have different visions when it comes to expanding their family.
While Alec, 66, has expressed desire to have an eighth child, the yoga instructor, 41, is hitting the brakes.
‘They’re so cute,’ Hilaria said during an interview with her husband for People. ‘But my body’s really tired.’
She revealed her husband is ‘always asking me for more kids’, yet Alec clarified that isn’t exactly the case.
‘I don’t really want one,’ he said, however, ‘every now and then, when the baby gets older and grows up to be about 2, I look at [Hilaria] and I go, “Time to have another.”‘
The lovebirds married in 2012, and welcomed their seven kids together.

While Baldwin rose to fame on the big screen, he is now pivoting to reality TV with a new TLC show about his family, The Baldwins.
The new show comes over three years after Rust cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was killed in an on-set shooting.
Production on the Western was paused in October 2021 when a prop gun being held by Baldwin, 66, discharged, killing Halyna, who was just 42, and injuring director Joel Souza, but the movie ultimately wrapped filming in May 2023.
The actor’s trial for involuntary manslaughter was thrown out in August 2024.
‘It was an opportunity for us to actually speak. It was a really safe space,’ Hilaria told People, explaining why they decided to do a reality show.
‘And I think it was also very cathartic, almost like a diary, during a very unsure time of our life. That felt both terrifying and like it could get us through day by day,’ she added.
Their new show The Baldwins premieres on the network TLC on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at 10 pm EST.

‘Telling your story is one thing, and showing your story is something else. It felt authentic, it felt human. It felt very empowering,’ she said.
The star says they talk about a variety of things on their show, and when asked if they had a prenup in their marriage and if they discuss it there, she said: ‘I said I would. And then you’re like, “Okay, we don’t have to.’

‘I don’t know where I would be if I didn’t have her,’ Alec told the outlet, adding: ‘I don’t know what would’ve happened to me.’
‘This is our lives,’ Alec said, noting that he ‘wouldn’t change anything.’
They also acknowledged Haylna’s family loss, with Hilaria saying: ‘A son lost his mom. We are going to feel and carry that pain forever.’
Adding: ‘You can’t, but you do. There is no recipe.’
The star said they are thankful that they can go through anything together.

Baldwin’s trial for involuntary manslaughter was thrown out after a judge ruled evidence had been mishandled.
The Boss Baby star has repeatedly insisted that he didn’t pull the trigger of the gun or know why it contained live ammunition.
A judge, however, had previously sentenced movie weapons supervisor Hannah Gutierrez-Reed to the maximum of one-and-a-half years at a state penitentiary on an involuntary manslaughter conviction in Hutchins’ death.

Prosecutors blamed Gutierrez-Reed for unwittingly bringing live ammunition onto the set of Rust, where it was expressly prohibited, and for failing to follow basic gun safety protocols.
Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the film’s armorer, was jailed for 18 months in April after being found guilty of charges connected to the incident.
Rust resumed filming and finished its shoot in May 2023, saying in an Instagram post marking its completion: ‘It’s been a long and difficult road. But we reach the end of the trail today.’
