Kate Ferdinand jokingly ‘hoped for a miracle’ as she shared her unconventional pre-pH๏τoshoot prep on Instagram on Wednesday.
The former TOWIE star, 33, is currently in Dubai working on a major shoot with F&F for her latest clothing collection.
Giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at her morning routine via her Stories, Kate revealed the three-step process she followed to get ready for the big day.
In the first clip, she plunged her face into a champagne bucket filled with ice while wearing a tiny black two-piece.
She captioned it: ‘5am wake up. Hoping for a miracle part 1.’
Next, she posted a snap of a green smoothie, writing: ‘Hoping for a miracle part 2.’

Finally, she shared a video of herself hula-hooping around her H๏τel apartment in a black crop top and shorts.
She admitted it had been four years since she last picked up a hoop, adding: ‘But here we were at 5.30am this morning… hoping for a miracle, part 3.’
Fortunately, her efforts seemed to pay off. A few hours later, Kate posted an update, confirming she was ‘shoot ready’ as she headed to the location.
It comes after the beauty revealed she and her husband Rio Ferdinand won’t be having any more children after welcoming five between them.
The reality star gave birth to son Cree in December 2020 and has since had a second child Shae with former footballer Rio, 46, last year.
Kate is also stepmother to Rio’s older children Lorenz, 18, Tate, 16, and Tia, 13, from his marriage to Rebecca Ellison, who tragically died in 2015.
The Ferdinands have their hands full with two toddlers and three teenagers in their home and they are no doubt used to juggling the stresses of family life.
But Kate has now ruled that Shae was their last baby and they won’t be having any more children in the future because she is ‘worried for her sanity’.

Speaking on the Happy Mum, Happy Baby podcast with Giovanna Fletcher, Kate said: ‘I admire anyone that has more than five children. I just couldn’t. It’d be difficult for me to give every child the love.
‘This is going to be our last child, I don’t want any more. ‘And also, my brain space… my mental health… We knew [Shae] would be the last child.’
Elsewhere during the episode, Kate heartbreakingly revealed that she felt like her husband Rio’s teenage kids ‘didn’t love her’ after she gave birth to her first child.
Kate opened up about her postnatal experiences with her stepchildren and spoke about feeling misunderstood by her teenage kids after giving birth.
She said of the time after her birth: ‘I was snappy. I think when you’re with just your husband and you’ve got the young kids, your husband knows kind of what goes on around birth, and that you’re going to have these crazy emotions and just let her get on with it.
‘Teenage kids don’t really, they haven’t experienced that yet, have they? And I just felt like no one cared about me and no one loved me.
‘And I just remember coming downstairs. I got a vivid thing of them all sitting on the sofa. They’re all sitting on the sofa, and I’m like, ‘none of you love me’.
‘And they were like… Just, you know, like teenagers. And I’m like, ‘you don’t care about me. You don’t love me. None of you want to see me upstairs’.

‘I was just going on one and they were just looking at me like, ‘is Kate okay?’ It’s like more judgment. You have like four people judging you now rather than one.
‘But I think for them as well, it’s a lot for them to take in. Like Kate’s had a baby and she’s gone cuckoo up there.’
It comes after last year Kate revealed if she and husband Rio want to have more children.
The television personality did a Q and A on Instagram where she was asked about if they were planning on adding to their blended family.
When asked: ‘Do you want anymore children?’ Kate replied: ‘The shop is shut. Five is more than enough for us’.
Kate also shared an insight into her post-partum exercise regime after having a planned caesarean for Shae’s birth.

The reality star showed off her incredible figure in an array of ʙικιɴιs earlier that month as the family jetted off on holiday.
When one fan asked how long she waited in her recovery until she started doing Pilates, Kate said: ‘6 weeks until I done any exercise.
‘I think this was actually eight weeks after the baby.
‘I started back on the mat and we took it back to basics and we are still now gradually building it back up.
‘You loose all strength so it really is a process that takes time. Be easy on yourself.’
