Renee Zellweger hid her engagement finger with a Band-Aid yet again at a New York screening of her new movie Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy.
She previously wore two bandages on the same finger at the movie’s London premiere last month, setting off rumors her boyfriend Ant Anstead has proposed.
The couple first became an item after meeting on his show Celebrity IOU: Joyride in 2021, and have largely refrained from discussing their relationship in public.
Ever since her film’s London premiere last month, Renee has not commented on the swirling engagement speculation or explained why she was wearing the Band-Aids.
Whatever the reason, she still had a bandage on her left hand at the New York screening this Wednesday – though it was around her knuckle, higher on her finger than a ring would usually be worn.
At the latest event for her new picture, Renee oozed a timeless glamour in a glimmering gold dress that emphasized her enviable willowy frame.

Cinched in to play up her impressively svelte waistline, the dress featured a touch of sheen that caused it to gleam under the lights.

While at the premiere, she got in a bit of mingling with Helen Fielding, who created Bridget Jones in a column in the Independent in the 1990s.
Helen turned the event into a family outing, bringing her daughter Romy Curran, 18, and son Dashiell Curran, 20, whom she had with her late ex Kevin Curran.
Meanwhile Renee also proudly posed with a number of her co-stars in the film, including in a charming group sH๏τ with Sarah Solemani and Dolly Wells.
Sarah flashed her taut midriff and served up a generous helping of cleavage in a cowl-like crop top teamed with a matching black skirt and leggings.
