On Wednesday, the 46-year-old film producer kept a low profile in a hoodie, jeans and baseball cap as he unpacked two cars full of his personal belongings.
It seemed as the star was rolling in clothes and decor for his swanky bachelor pad, ᴀssisted by bellhops.
Now, he calls the overly lavish Ten Thousand building — that sits in between Beverly Hills and Century City — home. The 283-unit, 40-story building is popular with Hollywood elites, having housed Britney Spears’ ex-husband Sam Asghari.
Rent ranges from a staggering $10,000 to $65,000 a month, offering residents a lavish lifestyle complete with next-level perks. The elite amenities include a fully stocked bar, a Rolls-Royce valet service and even a one-acre private park.
The high-profile H๏τspot also boasts a pristine lap pool, on-call doctors ready to provides services including Botox treatments on demand.

Warren, a film producer, previously revealed the couple split up over his overwhelming jealousy four years into their relationship.
According to a recently resurfaced E! story, Cash said in August 2023 that he was ‘really jealous’ of ‘other guys’, while on the Whine Down with Jana Kramer podcast.
‘When we first started dating, I was really jealous of other guys and the attention she was getting from other guys,’ he admitted.
‘It just wasn’t making me feel good. I was always a pretty confident person in my own [life], walking my own path and really happy there,’ Cash continued.
‘Next thing you know I’m looking up and feeling jealous all the time.’
