She was working hard in Hawaii over the weekend, filming for the next series of American Idol.
But on Monday Katy Perry jetted across the Atlantic to London, heading straight to the West End after landing at Heathrow Airport, in time to catch a performance of hit new musical & Juliet.
The singing superstar stood out from the theatre crowd, arriving at The Shaftesbury Theatre in a H๏τ pink satin coat.
Katy turned heads in the voluminous statement piece, with a mini dress in the same pink satin peeking out underneath.
She added extra pink with her block heeled shoes and a touch of bling with diamante and pearl drop earrings.
With her blonde bob styled to perfection and a glam full face of makeup, Katy looked incredible, despite jetting into Heathrow Airport just hours before.
Katy was showing her support for & Juliet which features the songs of pop hit machine Max Martin, who has written for Katy as well as Britney, Celine Dion and Ariana Grande.
Katy and Max’s smash Teenage Dream appears in the hits-packed musical, which tells the story of Shakespeare’s heroine in an alternate future, where ‘she decides to down her dagger and begin the search for a better life’.
Max Martin is responsible for some of Katy’s biggest hits, including her breakout track I Kissed A Girl as well as Roar, Dark Horse and California Gurls.
It’s been a jet-set few days for Katy, who spent the weekend in Hawaii for season three of American Idol.
The star and her co-judges Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie have been on the road, filming the audition stages for the popular US show.
