Sort Your Life Out viewers were left moved by a ‘absolutely heartbreaking story’ as two parents broke down in tears recounting the loss of two babies.
The BBC show, featuring Stacey Solomon, launched its fifth series on Tuesday night and the first episode was certainly emotional.
Stacey, 35, along with Dilly Carter, 44, Iwan Carrington and Robert Bent helped the Appleyard family in West SusSєx organise their three-bedroom home.
The family of six were encouraged to get rid of half of their possessions and the team helped them declutter the contents of each room.
Stacey set about helping mother-of-four Helen go through her wardrobe when they came across a fleece that she didn’t want to let go for a touching reason.
‘That can’t go,’ Helen said to Stacey as she held a blue and white striped jumper. ‘This one I was wearing when I had Eleanor, and Eleanor is the baby number two. So we had a miscarriage at 12 weeks and then I went on to have Eleanor.’

‘So we got past the 20-week mark and then I lost some movement and so they sent me for a scan, and I lay in the scan room and heard the words that you never want to hear,’ she added.
‘That your baby has no heartbeat.’
Stacey stood tearing up as both parents looked emotional and husband Phil comforted Helen.

Helen went on to add: ‘Sadly we went on to lose another at 19 weeks, we lost a little boy called Levi.’
However, the couple were in for a surprise as they soon had triplet boys – Josiah, Daniel and Reuben – and Helen said, ‘I still can’t believe they’re here and we’re 12 years in’.
The couple also have a daughter – 14-year-old Annabelle.
Helen recalled the moment the couple discovered they were having twins and said: ‘They scanned us, and they told us it was twins, [we said] ‘we can do twins.’

It comes after Sort Your Life Out star Dilly Carter opened up about the dark truth behind her love of tidying on Lorraine on Tuesday.
Dilly has been a decluttering expert on the BBC show since it started in 2021.
Host Lorraine Kelly, 65, was keen to find where she found her interest in cleaning from, and the telly favourite revealed it was influenced by her childhood.

Dilly said: ‘Basically I grew up in a really chaotic household.
‘My mum and dad were constantly working, the house was at the bottom of their priority list. And my mum had mental health issues from when I was 11 years old.
‘So that’s why the house got into real disarray and it got worse. From the time I was 11 to in my 20s, my mum’s mental health really declined.
‘She was bipolar, she was sectioned 10-15 times throughout my childhood. My house was the thing that suffered.
‘So my way of helping was to organise, try and clear up.’
