Michelle Williams has sparked hope of a possible reunion for Destiny’s Child after revealing that the trio are still in active group chat together.
During an appearance on the Jennifer Hudson Show on Tuesday, the 45-year-old singer got candid about her time with the famed R&B girl group alongside Beyoncé, 43, and Kelly Rowland, 44.
When asked what the Destiny’s Child group text was like by Hudson, 43, Williams replied that ‘it is pure’ and ‘it’s friendship,’ teasing that one does in fact exist.
The Grammy award winner also admitted that ‘surprisingly’ she is the ‘most talkative’ of the group. She did share that Rowland is a close second, noting, ‘Kelly can talk.’
Destiny’s Child signed to Columbia Records in 1997, and underwent various lineup changes in the early 2000s. The group managed to sell over 100 million records before officially disbanding in 2006. The trio have reunited on stage a few times since the breakup, including at Beyoncé’s 2018 Coachella performance.
Williams’ revelation comes as fans of the band have been voicing desires for the beloved trio to get back together again.

In fact, devoted fans have flooded the Destiny’s Child Instagram page with comments of their wishes for the group to reunite for at least ‘one last’ time.
‘We are begging for your return, at least with one last album and a tour,’ the user @yagodiᴀss penned.

‘We need a reunion tour asap,’ @cath22hough chimed in. ‘This page is such a tease I’m bout to unfollow,’ another quipped.
‘Go on and release the 20th anniversary vinyl then!’ one follower added. Another wrote, ‘We def need another reunion and tour!!! We ready for one after Act II lol.’
Tuesday also marked Kelly Rowland’s 44th birthday, but the band’s official page posting stunning snap of the birthday beauty along with a sweet tribute.
‘It’s your birthday you don’t have to do nothin,’ the caption read, with a kiss emoji.
During their active years, Destiny’s Child released five studio albums and earned four US Billboard H๏τ 100 number-ones with the tracks Say My Name, Independent Women Part I, Bootylicious and Bills, Bills, Bills.
On November 15, 2004, the group released their final album Destiny Fulfilled. Through the years, the group faced internal conflict and legal turmoil.

In November, Beyoncé and Kelly hit Broadway to watch Michelle preform in the Broadway play, Death Becomes Her.
After the brief reunion, Michelle opened up to PEOPLE about how ‘anchored’ she felt having her former bandmates in the crowd.
‘It was an absolute joy having them there because I know they’re fans of the movie,’ she said. ‘I was really a joy to have them come to see something that I’m equally excited about as well.’
The star added, ‘Having them there, I felt anchored. We obviously have not been touring together for years, but it took me back to the time when I’d been with them on stage.
‘Even though they weren’t on stage with me, I felt so grounded. It’s giving me some fuel for the rest of my run in the show.’
