A Deal Or No Deal contestant broke records with the highest win in the game show’s history. 

Paralegal Nay Nay took on the Banker to try and win £100,000 on Monday’s episode of the popular ITV show, hosted by Stephen Mulhern.

She stuck to her game plan of not taking any of the Banker’s offers and staying with her original box until the end, insisting that whatever is inside is what she’s ‘destined’ to have.

As Nay Nay worked through the boxes, she gradually removed all of the blues, leaving an impressive selection of reds and Stephen exclaimed: ‘I have never seen this, this is a once-in-a-lifetime board.’

Soon, she was left with the two highest figures – £75,000 and £100,000.

The banker called and Stephen said, ‘He’s absolutely furious, he said what an awful game. He can’t believe he’s saying this, he said he’s hoping the £75,000 is in your box.’

Stephen opened the box to show £75,000 before revealing, ‘You are walking away as our highest ever winner’

He made a final offer of £82,700 for Nay Nay’s box, to which Stephen said: ‘This is the highest offer we’ve ever had, so full credit to you.’

When asked Deal or No Deal, Nay Nay responded: ‘Thank you Mr Banker but no deal.’

Stephen opened the box to show £75,000 before revealing: ‘You are walking away as our highest ever winner’.

Viewers quickly posted their congratulations on social media, and one exclaimed on X: ‘Okay! £75,000 is not bad! HIGHEST EVER WINNER ON THE ITV ERA! BIG WIN! BIG WIN! #DealOrNoDeal CONGRATULATIONS NAY NAY! YOU DESERVE THAT WIN!’

Another said: ’75k winner Wow she played a crazy good game!!! #DealOrNoDeal.’

Someone else posted: ‘OVER THE MOON FOR NAY NAY #DealOrNoDeal.’

A fourth chimed in: ‘In a world where it’s increasingly hard for anyone to get a decent house deposit, I admire Nay Nay for sticking to her plan to achieve her goal – go gurrrrrl! #DealOrNoDeal.’

While a fifth added: ‘Omg Nay Nay’s game!!! #DealOrNoDeal.’

Someone else said: ‘Nay Nay is the highest ever winner on #dealornodeal she said she’s playing right to the end with her box because that’s what she’s destined to go home with. That faith really got her the £75,000.’

It comes after last year, when Deal Or No Deal fans were left in utter shock as contestant Dori made a bold decision to reject an eye-watering offer from the Banker.

Dori was joined by her mother-in-law and father-in-law in the audience who watched as she had an excellent round. 

As the game reached its climax, she was left with two boxes containing £5,000 and £100,000. 

The Banker offered over £59,000 – an impressive sum – but Dori, determined to be brave and take her chances, rejected the deal.

In a heartbreaking turn of events, her risk didn’t pay off and she walked away with just £5,000.
