Davina McCall displayed her toned physique in a red sports bra and shorts as she admitted ‘I feel stronger and stronger everyday’ following her brain tumour surgery.
The beloved TV presenter, 57, looked on cloud nine as she posed up a storm on Sunday.
She flaunted her sculpted abs and toned arms after a gruelling workout session, accompanying the post with a lengthy caption as she issued fans a health update.
‘So this morning me and @mdlondon went on a walk then went to the gym and we felt amazing all day,’ she wrote.
‘I’m really feeling stronger and stronger every day ….today was day 2 of week 2 of our strength and sculpt challenge on @ownyourgoalsdavina with Natalie … an amrap … I found this one hard .. really cardio … but I LOVED IT !!
‘My triceps are killing me ALREADY !!! I can feel progress,’ she finished.

The Masked Singer judge underwent surgery in November after doctors discovered a a life-threatening brain tumour that affects three in a million people.
It comes after Davina announced her return to work with after recreating the iconic Devil Wears Prada scene in her latest Instagram reel.
After previously admitting she feels as though she has been given a ‘second chance at life,’ the star stepped into Meryl Streep’s shoes as she announced her podcast Begin Again is returning.
Replicating the arrival of Miranda Priestly into the Runway offices, Davina’s stylish heeled loafers are filmed walking along the street as panic breaks out in the office with Emily Blunt’s character exclaiming: ‘She’s on her way. Tell everyone.’
As the office staff begin frantically tidying to ensure everything is ready for Davina’s arrival, as Stanley Tucci’s replicate announced: ‘Alright everyone gird your loins,’ before asking ‘Did someone eat an onion bagel?’
Featuring a special cameo from fellow podcast host Stephen Bartlett, the Dragon’s Den star quickly exits the lift to make space for the Davina as he utters his apologies.
Entering the podcast studio just moments after the crew have perfected the space the star sits down and takes a deep breath before confirming: ‘I’m back.’

Davina’s podcast is dedicated to ’empowering people to embrace midlife as their most transformative era yet’ and sees the star interview guests who share stories of growth and rediscovery.

Last November Davina underwent surgery when her tumour was picked up at a private clinic after she was offered a health check after taking part in a talk about menopause.
And weeks after a successful operation to remove the growth, Davina told how her survival feels like a ‘gift’ while reflecting on the success of her new Begin Again podcast.
Taking to Instagram at the end of December, the TV star recorded a video as she thanked fans for their support over her latest project, while also looking back on her own health journey as she admitted she feels like she’s ‘begun again’.

She explained: ‘Thanks for joining me on my Begin Again podcast. I’ve loved recording this podcast, and I’ve loved meeting everybody.
‘What I’ve enjoyed about recording this podcast is, it’s so so broad. Begin Again can mean anything, it can mean something similar to what I’ve just been through, which is having a life-threatening tumour and it being removed.
‘I feel like I’ve begun again, I mean in the weirdest sense, I guess because I’ve had a positive outcome. It’s like being given a second chance at life. It feels amazing, almost as if I’ve been given a gift.’
The former Big Brother host then went on to list other ways that beginning again relates to other people, as she listed things such as an enormous crisis, losing a job, a divorce or an accident.
Davina added that she’ll be on hand to support those who feel like they’re ‘stagnating’ in life or just need ‘a kick up the bum’ as she opened up about her hopes and plans for the podcast’s future.
After a few moments of reflection, she concluded by adding: ‘I have found Christmas so challenging in the past and now I don’t find it challenging. So there’s always the possibility of new beginnings… always.
‘I think I’m gonna be a nightmare next year – I’ve gone very self-reflective!’
