Shaughna Phillips has revealed she crashed into a double-decker bus with her toddler daughter in the car. 

The Love Island star was driving with her daughter Lucia, one, when she had a terrifying collision with a London bus on Saturday night.

The 30-year-old said she was feeling ‘sore’ but had no major injuries and urged fans to ‘always wear their seatbelts’.

Shaughna, who appeared on series six of Love Island in 2020, shared a pH๏τo of the bus’ smashed windscreen with the front panel hanging off on her Instagram Story on Sunday. 

‘Was involved in a minor crash last night with a bus. Could have been so much worse, and with Lucia in the car which was the scariest part!’ the shaken reality star wrote.   

‘A bit sore today but I’ll take that any day. Always wear your seatbelts.’

Earlier in the day, Shaughna had taken Lucia for lunch at a branch of Toby Carvery. 

The ITV star shares Lucia with her disgraced boyfriend Billy Webb, who was sentenced to nine years in jail for conspiracy to supply 4.5kg of cocaine worth at least £360,000, after being arrested in a drug raid. 

He was charged with one count of possession with intent to supply a Class A drug and one count of being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs on January 2023.

Her road accident comes after she witnessed a man die in a motorbike crash last May.  

She wrote: ‘Have just seen that a man in his 30’s died at the scene of that crash. Have not stopped thinking about it all day, tomorrow really is not promised.

‘Sending so much love to the poor family and anyone who witnessed that this morning.’

Shaughna – who has recently lost six stone – welcomed Lucia with Billy in April 2023. 

The TV star was pregnant when Billy – who she began dating in 2020 – was sentenced to jail after a Class A drugs raid.

She rekindled her romance with him in June 2024 and he was released in November after serving just 12 months of his sentence.

In December 2023, Shaughna opened up about co-parenting with Billy and begged fans not to ‘judge’ her.

‘It’s the most gut-wrenching position to be in,’ Shaughna said on her Oh, Baby With Shaughna and Holly podcast. 

‘I want to just put it out there that you can judge me all you want, but please don’t let me know, because I feel like unless you’ve been in this position you can’t really have an opinion on it.

‘Because before I was in this position, before I had a baby, if you had asked me would I ever, ever take my child into a prison, the answer would be absolutely not. 

‘Anyone that does that is crazy. And then, lo and behold, I’m now in this position. And I think the thing is, we’re always going to be co-parents.’

She went on: ‘And I know that me and my dad had the best relationship ever, and to me, my dad is the best person in the world.

‘I don’t want Lucia to think differently of her father. I would never, ever stop him from seeing her, ever.’

Shaughna previously defended her decision to take her baby daughter to visit Billy in prison.

She told OK! magazine: ‘It’s not a decision I made lightly and I won’t lie, the first time I took her was really scary and daunting.

‘I don’t think it hit me what was happening until I got into the building. I was so nervous but it was never a question for me. I always knew I was going to take Lucia to visit her dad.

‘Although it’s the last place on earth I’d hope to take a baby, I just felt like I owed it to her. 

‘Billy’s obviously missed out on a lot in her life due to his actions but I was never going to stand in the way of him being a dad.’
