While filming Freakier Friday last year, Lindsay’s on-screen mother Jaime Lee Curtis said the red-haired vixen went full ‘mom mode’ while on set.

While at Disney’s D23 fan event to promote the film in August, the pair were asked who they would like to switch bodies with, like in their hit film, and Lohan said her baby.
‘Maybe my baby,’ Lohan responded. ‘Just to see — because he is, so pure and just so happy, just to see life through his eyes, every day. He’s just this beautiful bundle of joy. I can’t think of anything else.’
Though Disney has yet to confirm an official release date, fans should expect to see Freakier Friday in theatres sometime in 2025.
Filming for the sequel began in June of 2024 with production wrapping in late August.
Curtis and Lohan portrayed a mother-teenage daughter duo who magically switch bodies in the 2003 adaptation of Mary Rodgers’ 1972 Freaky Friday novel.
