Alison was recently blasted by viewers as they accused her of using her new travel series to get a ‘free holiday’ with her son Aidan.
She teamed up with her son Aidan, 19, to star in her new BBC series Alison Hammond’s Florida Unpacked.
The new 10-part series, which aired on Monday night, sees the mother-son duo travel the state in a bid to find hidden gems at a low cost.
In the first episode, Alison and Aidan rented a motorhome to explore Florida’s Silver Springs.
But viewers were left dumbfounded by the series after just one episode.
Some wrote on X: ‘Why the f@#k are us licence payers paying for it?’
‘Alison Hammond on a free holiday to Florida to see if it’s accessible to poor people. Do p*** off. @BBC #floridaunpacked’
’15 minutes in and we’ve seen #alisonhammond drive a campervan and nepo baby buy food in a shop. Thrilling stuff. Could we actually see some of Florida instead please?’
