The first axed star on The Apprentice has issued a bitter response after she was fired during Thursday night’s episode.
In the opening episode of the brand new series, Emma Rothwell failed to impress Lord Alan Sugar and was given the boot.
After failing to win over the Lord Sugar in the boardroom, Emma has vowed she’ll make her online gift store a multi-million pound business without his expertise and £250,000 cash.
The Apprentice star, 30, based in EsSєx, has even made the business plan she created for the show her full time job.
According to The Mirror, Emma said: ‘I loved going on The Apprentice because I had to write a business plan. Up until now, I’ve been kind of winging it so having to write what I need and stuff.
‘And actually going forward with my business plan and investing my own money, it will be happening a lot slower, but the are wheels in the motion now. I am inspired now and motivated to prove people wrong.

‘Hopefully in a few years time the headline will be I was voted off first in The Apprentice but I am now making millions.’
Emma sells mugs on her website, which allows customers to upload their own designs in which she sells, promotes and ships.
During the launch show, two teams battled it out to sell as many tickets to alpine tours in Austria and gain a profit.
Emma paid the ultimate price for her team and was quickly sent packing after the first boardroom of the series.
In the boardroom, Lord Sugar said: ‘Emma, you haven’t sold any tickets, and you haven’t explained to me what in fact you did do.
‘It’s difficult but my gut feeling is telling me, Emma, it is with regret, you’re fired.’
Reflecting on her short-lived experience, Emma said: ‘We were super unlucky. Everyone gave it their all, as you would in that situation.
‘Maybe we could have stopped slightly different people on reflection, in certain parts, but the other team were really close to us, and I think they were managing to stop people just before us to sell. It was a group struggle, if that makes sense.

‘The biggest thing I would change about my time there would be to fight more in the boardroom.
‘I feel like when there was the final speeches, I didn’t realise it was happening and obviously then it went to the other candidates, and they gave a big spiel, and I was like “Oh no”.
‘I learned from the show just to stand up for myself a little bit more. I am good at business but I just didn’t get a chance to show what I can do, because my strengths are marketing and I have a first class honours degree in product design, so any product-based tasks I would have smashed.’
