And now Lady Gaga’s show-stopping outfit has been immortalised, after Madame Tussauds in London unveiled a brand new wax model of the singer, 38.
The statue lines up alongside the likes Timothee Chalamet, Zendaya, Dwayne Johnson and Harry Styles in the special Awards Party zone.
It recreates her memorable appearance three years ago, with the landmark’s remarkable attention to detail on full display as Gaga dons her famous gown, completing the look with dazzling earrings and a statement necklace, as well as eight-inch platform lace-up heels.
The hardest part was replicating her unique tattoos with Madame Tussauds deploying a team of their finest studio artists to painstakingly hand-paint the inked designs.
The lifelike recreation of one of the singer’s finest hours will be open to the public from Monday.

The A Star Is Born actress will not be too far away from her other figure inside the London attraction, joining a model of her which dates back to 2010 and depicts her with pink and yellow hair and a hat in the shape of an old-fashioned telephone.
That statue was inspired by the bizarre outfit she chose for her appearance on Jonathan Ross’s show.
The wax model comes just days after the hitmaker, born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, announced she was working on a new album called Mayhem.
The project will be the 13-time Grammy-winning musician’s eighth studio album with the highly-anticipated tracklist expected to include her lead single Disease, which she dropped in October.
The Poker Face icon will be hoping to scoop up more awards at this year’s Grammys after clinching the honour for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album for her project with Tony Bennett, тιтled Love For Sale.
The ceremony, which takes place on Sunday, will see her up for awards for her number one hit Die with a Smile in collaboration with Bruno Mars.
In the meantime, she is celebrating joining Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson as the only artists to score multiple number one on the H๏τ 100 in three different decades.
The House of Gucci star is the first to top the charts in all three decades of the 21st century so far.

In the video, in which she appeared to be wearing little to no makeup, she gushed to her 57.6 million followers: ‘I’m so incredibly grateful that my song Die With A Smile with Bruno Mars, my friend, is No. 1 on the H๏τ 100.
She added: ‘I can’t believe that I’ve had two No. 1s in three different decades that I’ve been releasing my music in this professional way.
