Peter Andre revealed one of his parenting regrets with his older kids on Loose Women after the birth of his youngest daughter Arabella Rose.

The 51 year old appeared on the ITV talk show to chat about starring in the musical The Best Of Frankie Valli And The Four Seasons.

But during his chat with Charlene White, 44, Janet Street-Porter, 78, Judi Love, 44, and Mariella Frostup, 62, the conversation soon turned to his own family.

Peter and wife Emily, 34, welcomed their second daughter into the world in April last year.

And the Mysterious Girl singer was asked how he feels about being an older parent. 

Peter said: ‘Here I am at 51 doing exactly what I said wasn’t going to happen.

The star became a parent for the fifth time after Emily welcomed their daughter into the world in April 2024

‘Actually it’s been a real moment for me, because I spent a lot of time bonding this time. 

‘I said to my manager, I’ve been with her 30 years, I just want six months to really bond. 

‘And those six months were incredible.

‘I’ve given more than probably I did with the others at that age, which I regret in a way, but maybe it took all that to get to this point. 

‘I feel really good.’

Peter and Emily – who started dating in 2012 – are also proud parents to two others.

Doctor Emily gave birth to their daughter Amelia, 11, in 2014, followed by by their son Theo, eight, in 2016.

The couple tied the knot in 2015.

Peter also shares his oldest kids Junior, 19, and Princess, 17, with his ex wife Katie Price.

The former couple met on I’m A Celebrity in 2004 and tied the knot a year later.

They divorced in 2009.

Loose Women presenter Judi then pointed out that Arabella will be his last baby. 

Peter said: ‘It’s difficult for a guy…

‘Well it’s very difficult for a mum, but what is difficult for the guy is when they say “Shall we try for a baby?” 

‘At that moment, you’re not thinking a baby is actually going to happen.’ 

Anchor Charlene then asked: ‘What do you think is going to happen?!’ 

Peter explained: ‘You’re thinking more about, yeah, trying for a baby.

‘All of a sudden, that’s a silly way to say it, it happened so quick, not that quick…

‘I was like, this is it.

‘But honesty, as long as she feels this is it, and she does…

‘She absolutely feels this is it.’
