Tamzin Outhwaite showed off her toned figure on Instagram on Monday as she worked out on a balcony in Malta.

The EastEnders actress, 54, uploaded a sped-up video detailing her workout routine in a throwback post from her time in the Mediterranean country in early 2024.

She added the caption: ‘This time last year. Malta. Balcony Barre work.’

Tamzin could be seen springing around on the sunny terrace in a black one-shoulder swimsuit, while sporting black-rimmed polarised sunglᴀsses and a sports watch.

The TV star went through her full routine, stretching her arms, legs and working on her core, before heading over to the camera and offering a cheeky smile.

She has clearly been missing her trips abroad, with the look back on her trip to Malta coming just days after she returned from a relaxing spa cruise to Hamburg this month.

The Red Cap actress wowed in a sporty white swimsuit as she braved an ice cold shower on board after a workout during the winter holiday to Germany.

After shrieking her way through the freezing dunk, Tamzin also shared snaps of herself in a blue sports bra and matching leggings as she showcased her impressive flexibility while stretching on the deck.

The actress later headed to the gym and wowed fans as she performed a perfect headstand before pulling on her cosy white dressing gown for a mᴀssage and acupuncture.

In a post documenting her trip on the new ship Queen Anne, she wrote: ‘Had the most energising yet relaxing trip on @cunardline from Southampton to Hamburg and back.’

‘I booked the Harpers Bazaar relaxing package on the new ship Queen Anne. I had no idea that a spa on a cruise could be this impressive.

‘I had the most incredible mᴀssages, acupuncture, @elemis facial, a blow dry and used the spa facilities consisting of different types of sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool, ice rooms with gorgeous relaxation and treatment rooms. There were plenty of fitness classes too. Plus a fantastic gym.

‘To start the year arriving at a new destination, full of energy and clarity was precisely what was needed on this journey.’

She continued: ‘The people were also wonderful. I was utterly spoilt as were all the guests and I even got to watch @heathersmallmpeople perform to a packed theatre onboard. She was just BRILLIANT!

It comes after Tamzin missed out on lifting the festive Glitterball trophy during the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas special. 

The soap star was paired up with professional dancer Nikita Kuzmin and performed a Viennese waltz to KD Lang’s version of Hallelujah.

However it wasn’t enough as Strictly’s first ever drag queen contestant Tayce Szura-Radix was crowned the winner.
