Hollyoaks actress Jessica Fox debuted a brand new haircut on Instagram on Thursday and she looked completely unrecognisable.
The TV star, 41, showed off her dramatic change of style in a post to the social media platform, captioning the update: ‘Anyone else ready for spring?’
Jessica’s hair had transformed into a heavily cropped pixie cut, a sharp contrast from her previous flowing locks.
She wore a black crew neck jumper beneath a leopard-print v-neck cardigan, adding several gold rings to her right ear.
It comes after Jessica, who plays Nancy Hayton in the soap, took to Instagram in the same outfit on Wednesday to post an inspirational message, referring to the struggles of bringing up her first child River in March 2023.
She said: ‘Mum fit. I’ve set myself a goal this year to try and rediscover a sense of self.

‘I flit from who I want to be, how I want to look on the daily – I am easily influenced by the creators I see and follow but on my 5 foot frame with a body that’s a completely different shape to the one I used to have, I rarely see what I want to in the mirror.
‘So here I am. Tired from a week of a poorly boy with a big spot on my face (I’m in my 40s why?!) and a pulled abdominal muscle from new year, new you Pilates because I’m a child of a 80s and my only setting is go hard or go home.
‘Be gentle with yourselves this January. It’s been a long month. I like this cardigan though.’
Last year, she stunned in a swimsuit selfie as she opened up about having a ‘complicated’ relationship with her body after giving birth to River following two miscarriages.
Jessica, who has played Nancy on Hollyoaks since 2005, shared a snap of herself sporting a black plunging swimsuit with scalloped lining, as she gave fans some very relatable insight into how she felt about her body.
She revealed the time spent hating her body would ‘add up to weeks rather than hours’, but spoke of seeing it in the mirror in the swimsuit and feeling positive.
‘It’s not a perfect body but it’s mine,’ she said. ‘It grew a little human and I was lucky to be able to breastfeed.’
Jessica’s body confession comes after she gave birth to her first child with husband Nicholas Willes in March 2023.

The new mother announced that she and her husband Nicholas had named their baby boy River, gushing: ‘Baby River, you have changed our world forever and we are so grateful we get to love you.’
Jessica shared a number of pH๏τos from the birth, including one of her first cuddle with her baby boy as her husband looked on.
Another snap showed Nicholas proudly carrying their baby out of the hospital, while she also shared a close-up image of River’s hospital ID bracelet, which revealed he was born on March 7.

In the post, shared on baby loss awareness week, Jessica also candidly opened up about her fertility journey, explaining she has previously suffered two miscarriages.
