Gemma Collins debuted a new look as she gave an update on her weight loss journey on Instagram on Thursday night.

The TV personality, 43, was sporting a new long blonde fringe and blonde waves and said she felt she was looking good because of the weight-loss jab she has been taking. 

Earlier this month Gemma revealed she had dropped two sizes thanks to taking diabetes medication Mounjaro.

And alongside her new picture, she added the caption: ‘Maybe she’s born with it… maybe it’s Mounjaro…

‘Real talk – I’m loving my journey with @yazenuk as I know I’m doing it with the support and care I need! 

‘I had a big shoot today and it’s the first time I haven’t had to wear my skims and spanx, is those little things that keep me motivated and loving the journey I am on! Couldn’t do without the Glam team.’

Yazen, is a company that provides weight-loss injections and 24 hour support from medical professionals. 

The former TOWIE star certainly looked glammed up in her post, wearing a full face of makeup with someone out of sH๏τ applying pink glossy lipstick as the picture was taken.

The update comes after the GC revealed earlier this month that she was taking weight loss injections to shed the pounds and admitted she felt ‘a mᴀssive weight’s been lifted off my shoulders’.

She admitted the medication had been ‘life-changing’ as she got candid about struggling with ‘upset, stress and turmoil’ with trying to lose weight. 

Gemma dazzled in the video as she showed off her slimmer frame in a stylish animal print dress and sported glamorous makeup.

Addressing her fans, she revealed she was doing a paid partnership with brand Yazen, which prescribes GLP-1 weight loss injections.

She said she’d made the decision after trying ‘every diet my whole life’ and admitted she already felt ‘healthier and happier’.

The reality star confessed she’d been ‘bullied and tortured’ about her weight over the years and said that she was going to ‘finally be free’.

In her typical GC style, Gemma quipped she would soon be looking like a Victoria’s Secret Model and joked that she would be living on the beach.

She said: ‘This has been life-changing for me. I am going to look like a Victoria’s Secret model. But not only that, I feel healthier, I feel happier.

‘I’m really looking forward to this year, I may finally be able to wear a ʙικιɴι again.’

Explaining the process of the brand and the options their offer, Gemma admitted went: ‘This was a big thing for me to come on here because I just wanted to share with you my journey. I’ve been bullied and tortured all my life for being overweight.

‘I can’t tell you how good I feel right now. I feel like a mᴀssive weight’s been lifted off my shoulders.

‘This if for anyone who the struggle is real. Only if you’re overweight do you know the struggle, you know the downfalls, you know what you go through.’

She finished the video by recommending her 2.2million followers give the jabs a go themselves and voiced her excitement for the year to come.

She said: ‘You’re gonna see me on a beach for the rest of my life. I will finally be free. I will finally be able to live my best life and just be free from all that upset and stress and turmoil that comes with constantly trying to lose excess weight.’ 

While her fans appeared to be shocked by Gemma’s revelation, a source claimed to OK! that she had done lots of research about the risks of the medication and saw it as necessary for her health and well-being.

They said: ‘Gemma’s tried almost every diet going and nothing has ever really worked for her, but she’s always said she wants to be healthy.

‘She isn’t just focused on how she looks, this is about her wanting to be as healthy as possible and feel confident.’

The latest update saw Gemma’s long locks return after she chopped them off last week in favour of a bob haircut.

The media personality had shared a video having her hair extensions taken out. 

Alongside the post, she wrote: ‘It’s so amazing to have my own hair again. THANK YOU to @edwardtaylorhair you are always a hair GENIUS.’
