Timothee Chalamet was spotted carrying yet another Chanel purse in New York this week – fueling rumors he has been raiding his girlfriend Kylie Jenner’s closet.

The speculation went into overdrive earlier this month when Timothee was seen in Paris modeling a different handbag from the same brand.

During his outing in the French capital, Timothee had on a small blue cross-body purse with the classic double-C logo as he signed autographs for fans.

Meanwhile, when the Franco-American actor returned stateside this week, he was seen with an iridescent pink and silver metallic lambskin Chanel mini-flap bag.

He teamed the accessory with a H๏τ pink puffer jacket and a complementary scarf, keeping extra warm in a brown knit cap with a green embroidery.

The 29-year-old’s outfit included a baggy pair of faded jeans and a trendily sagging cloth belt, as well as a brown set of low-top boots.

When Timothee was glimpsed with his previous Chanel bag in Paris last week, fans quickly started sharing theories that he borrowed the item from Kylie. 

‘Borrowing from Kylie’s collection. So real,’ wrote one observer on X, formerly Twitter, adding a black heart emoji for good measure.

‘Borrowing from Kylie’s closet I see,’ wrote another, as others joked that he had swiped the item from his girlfriend’s six-year-old daughter Stormi Webster.

Earlier this month, Kylie and Timothee attended the Golden Globes together – though she refrained from walking the red carpet with him.

Timothee was nominated for Best Performance In A Motion Picture – Drama for his role as Bob Dylan in the musical biopic A Complete Unknown.

Inside the ceremony, Kylie, 27, was seated right next to Timothee, 29, and the pair were even seen kissing on camera at their table.

However, in spite of being one of the highest-profile couples in Hollywood, they did not pose together on the red carpet earlier that evening.

Shortly after the ceremony, an insider has shared the real reason that Kylie waited until after the red carpet to materialize at Timothee’s side that night. 

‘Kylie didn’t want to make it about them. She wanted this night to be all about Timothee, how it was intended to be,’ the source told Page Six.

However Timothee ‘made sure to invite’ Kylie, whom he was first linked to in April 2023 and whom he went public with that September.

Timothee is said to have ‘felt a sense of comfort having Kylie there with him’ at the Golden Globes, where he ultimately lost to Adrien Brody for The Brutalist.

The couple were the picture of romance in the audience of the awards show, kissing on camera and laughing at host Nikki Glaser’s jokes.

They were even seen chuckling when Nikki mocked Timothee’s singing voice and his mustache, which she called ‘the most gorgeous eyelashes on your upper lip.’

Kylie served up a generous helping of cleavage in a plunging silver sequined Versace gown – a vintage piece from 1999, as she noted on Instagram.

While at the event at The Beverly Hilton, the lip kit mogul could be seen mingling with Timothee’s A Complete Unknown co-stars Monica Barbaro and Elle Fanning.

A Complete Unknown began its wide release on Christmas Day and received a respectable response from the critics to the tune of 78% on Rotten Tomatoes. 

In her Instagram album showcasing her Golden Globes look, Kylie made no mention of Timothee, in keeping with the rule they both appear to have by which neither of them posts pictures of the other one to social media. 

The last public event they appeared at together was the 2024 Golden Globes, in which they went viral for sharing a kiss on camera.

Timothee and Kylie have studiously kept their relationship out of the public eye, to the point that they ignited breakup rumors last year.

The pair took their romance public in the audience of a Beyonce show in early September 2023, after being trailed by dating rumors for months.

In spite of the performance below, Kylie and Timothee appeared to have eyes only for each other, kissing pᴀssionately while wrapped in one another’s arms.

Timothee later confessed to MTV that he found it ‘hard to be present’ at a Beyonce concert while indulging in the steamy make-out session.

Kylie is a mother of two, sharing her son Aire, two, and her daughter Stormi, six, with her rapper ex Travis Scott, whom she dated on and off from 2017 to 2022.
