In response to all the sweet notes, Bosworth commented: ‘Wow, people love LOVE. Thanks all for the kindest words of all time. ❤️❤️❤️❤️’
Bosworth is best known for appearing on MTV’s Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County and The Hills, and as the founder and CEO of Love Wellness.
She previously dated her fellow The Hills cast member Scott Hochstadt for two years, between 2009 to 2010.
Before calling it quits on the series finale of their series, Bosworth told Us Weekly that she thought Hochstadt could be ‘The One.’
Her rep also told the outlet in 2010 that the pair were ‘no longer together but’ were remaining ‘good friends.’
‘They had talked about getting engaged quite a bit, but over the last couple of weeks it really unraveled… The age difference was a lot, and they are at different places in their lives,’ Bosworth’s spokesperson said, at the time.

In 2012, she moved on with Jeremy Globerson, but kept their romance largely out of the spotlight, apart from attending the annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic in New Jersey that same year.
Following their breakup, Bosworth went public with her new relationship with former Shark Tank contestant Jimmy DeCicco in 2019.
It is not unclear when they started dating or split.
In 2021, Bosworth revealed that she secretly suffered a traumatic brain injury during a freak accident while dining in New York City.
The accident occurred in 2019 at ‘restaurant in lower Manhattan’ while ‘sitting in a banquet had one of the swinging kitchen doors fall off it’s hinges and on to’ her head.
‘I was in the hospital and suffered a moderate to severe concussion for months. I took weeks off work and the road to recovery was long,’ the Love Wellness revealed on social media, before noting the severities of her injuries.

A few weeks after the incident, Bosworth found herself ‘feeling totally lost on 3rd avenue and 21st street’ and not sure ‘which direction to walk in.’
‘I still struggle to recall words from time to time and get my thoughts out coherently 2 years later,’ she added.
She elaborated: ‘THEN, I found out I had mononucleosis on top of it all. Also didn’t tell you guys that. One day I had to put my head down on my desk at work because of sheer exhaustion and fell asleep.’
Bosworth said she ‘laid in bed for months and months whenever I could while continuing to work full-time’ at her company Love Wellness.
‘Long story short, one of the reasons I’ve been so committed to healthy eating and fitness since the pandemic started is because it took a full year from the head injury + mono for me to be in a place where I could even consider exercising with regularity,’ she explained.
The entrepreneur concluded her message by saying the post is a reminder that health is ‘precious and sometimes taken for granted.’
Bosworth rose to fame alongside Lauren Conrad, Audrina Patridge and Heidi Montag on The Hills; seen in 2010
‘If you have it, take advantage of it. All my love,’ she told her fans.

While speaking about The Hills last year while appearing on Just B with Bethenny Frankel, Bosworth admitted her relationships were ‘challenged’ on the show.
‘We were very young women constantly put into compromised situations where we had to blood sport it out against each other to get through a day of production,’ she said.
Since leaving reality TV, she’s been focused on her wellness company, Love Wellness, which creates supplements and other products for vaginal health.
