‘The minute they went on the live shows, he didn’t message me back and I thought that’s it now, he’s gone, he’s made it.
‘And then I made it the next year and then I saw him in the room after, and he was like, I’m really sorry that I ignored you.’
Jade appeared on the X-Factor as a solo artist in 2008 at the age of 16, Harry joined One Direction and went on to find fame whereas it wasn’t until Jade’s third time in 2011 she joined Little Mix.

Theroux, 54, chipped in: ‘He ghosted you?’
Jade continued: ‘Yeah. I was so young, it didn’t really matter. But he was always very, very lovely.’
The Power singer has gone on to date the Rizzle Kicks frontman, Jordan Stephens, whereas Harry went on to date supermodel Kendal Jenner, director Olivia Wilde and actress Taylor Russell.
She went on to explain how Jordan, 32, confronted Noel Gallagher on Jade’s behalf after the Oasis frontman slammed Little Mix as unworthy of winning Best Group at Brit Awards in 2021.
Noel said: ‘Little Mix, with the greatest respect, are not in the same league as Oasis. Not even in the same f*****g sport.
‘It’s a symptom of the music business chasing the numbers – and there not being any bands or songwriters in those bands.
‘Record company guys constantly say, “Oh, these guys are the real deal”. And I think, “You wouldn’t know the real deal if it f**ing bit you on the a**, mate”. I don’t know what happened — I think it’s because bands are hard work.’
Jade revealed: ‘I saw him at Glastonbury that year, actually. Jordan was like, “I’m gonna go over and say something.” I was like, “alright then, give it a go”. They went over and was like, “You are really rude to my girlfriend. Do you want to apologize?” He went, “f*ck off!” And I thought, do you know what? Fair play.’

Elsewhere during the podcast, Jade confirmed that she took a dig at her former music manager Simon Cowell with thinly-veiled lyrics in her music.
