It seems as though the emotions are getting the best of Luca Bish, with the star breaking down in Monday’s Love Island All Stars.
The upcoming episode sees the fallout after new bombshell Tina Stinnes chose to couple up with Scott Thomas on Sunday night, sending India Reynolds home.
And a disappointed Luca, 25, is comforted by his fellow Islanders before becoming tearful, as he reflects on how different his journey is to his last time in the villa.
After India’s dumping, Kaz Crossley is quick to check in on Luca in the wake of Tina picking Scott over him.
However, he says: ‘It’s India’s night, there’s no point in me sitting here being upset.’
Catherine Agbaje points out that Luca wasn’t interested in any of the girls in the villa, saying: ‘You basically said none of us were your type!’

But Ronnie Vint responds: ‘I don’t think that’s a problem, do you? If you met seven people and didn’t fancy them?’
However, later in the evening Luca becomes more emotional and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Curtis Pritchard spot him becoming tearful.
Rushing over to comfort him, Ekin-Su reᴀssures: ‘You’re doing great I promise you’ and gives him a hug.
Sitting down at the beanbags, Luca admits to her: ‘It feels so different to the last time.’
But Ekin-Su insists that he has grown since he first appeared on Love Island series eight in 2022.
She says: ‘You’re a much better version of you than you were before I promise you. You’re genuine, not leading anyone on and going with how you want to feel.’
It comes after viewers claimed Luca ‘looks sad’ and like he ‘doesn’t want to be’ on the show.
They took to X to write: ‘Luca seems so sad… is it just me?’; ‘Luca doesn’t seem like himself wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up leaving early’.

It comes after viewers claimed Luca ‘looks sad’ and like he ‘doesn’t want to be’ on the show.
‘Can someone check on Luca pls he seems proper sad always’; ‘I am convinced Luca is only in here for the money. He looks bored as hell’.
‘Does Luca really want to be here?’; ‘Why did Luca agree to do this show? If you’re worried about the outside, go find someone on the outside then’.
‘I feel like producers are paying Luca good money because he literally just looks bored and miserable. If Jacques comes in as a bombshell he might crack a smile.’
‘Why does Luca seem sad this season?’; ‘Luca is so chilled this season, im not falling for it just yet’; ‘Luca is just there for the vibes , he’s not there to form any connection’.
In response to the comments from fans that the fishmonger seems downcast, Luca’s sister put out a statement on his Instagram account on Saturday.
One fan questioned: ‘He’s coming across so lovely but can’t help but think he’s sad. Does he want to be there?’
Taking to his Instagram story to clear things up, his sister Claudia explained: ‘I definitely don’t think it’s that he ‘doesn’t want to be there’ at all.
‘I think it’s just a case of him knowing he’s not got a romantic connection with anyone in there as of yet, whereas everyone else has gone pretty head first quite quickly.

‘I watch the show like a HAWK and pick up on the little sH๏τs of him messing around and laughing with them all in the background of different scenes which is so reᴀssuring. He is still bringing the one liners – we can’t all smiles 24/7.’
She admitted: ‘He’s surprisingly the biggest overthinker so he’s likely just soooo in his head about being the only one in the villa with no connection. Someone will come in for him I’m sure.
‘Very proud of him for not forcing it for the sake of it and it’s lovely he’s not shying away from his vulnerable side.’
It comes after Luca told how he’d leave the villa if his ex Gemma Owen came in as a bombshell.
Following their split just months after coming runners up in the show, Luca has hinted that there’s no love lost as he joked he’d do a runner if they came face-to-face on the programme.
Speaking to MailOnline and other press ahead of his appearance in the new series, Luca quipped: ‘I’d walk out!’ when asked how he’d feel if the influencer strolled through the doors.
Emphasising his point, he then joked: ‘I’d probably say “I’m a Love Islander, get me out of here!”‘
However, he seemingly wouldn’t have an issue if she wanted to return to the show for her own chance of love, adding: ‘I’d back her all the way and just hope she has a better experience than last time.’

But while his fellow islanders including Marcel and Gabby have hinted at a possible reconciliation with their ex, Luca insisted that there’s no going back for himself and Gemma.
He remarked: ‘No, you can read a book twice but the ending never changes. That’s how I look at stuff like that. Sorry Gemma!’
It comes amid claims that Gemma is dreading Luca will talk about the breakup on the show.
A source told The Sun: ‘This is the last thing Gemma wants because in the last year she’s tried to keep her personal life private.
‘Their break-up was shrouded in secrecy and neither has discussed it, but it did not end well.
‘He hinted he was blindsided by the break-up when she posted it online and this is his time to spill the beans.’
