Jenelle Evans was spotted filling up her white SUV at a gas station in Las Vegas, NV on Sunday not far from the home she bought last March.

The 33-year-old Teen Mom alum must return to North Carolina on January 28 to attend a criminal court hearing for her estranged second husband David Eason, who was charged with trespᴀssing on her property The Land on November 8 and violating the protective order she has in place.

Jenelle also has to battle the 36-year-old My Year rapper in divorce court next month over shared ᴀssets and custody of their daughter Ensley, who celebrates her eighth birthday this Friday.

David – who had $106 to his name and was living on Evans’ docked boat last year – has mysteriously come up with the cash to hire Wilmington-based attorney Louis Smith to defend him, according to The Ashley.

The reality TV veteran reportedly hired TikToking lawyer Brandon Pettijohn to represent her.

Divorces take a full year in North Carolina so the trial will likely happen around February 16 – 12 months after Jenelle filed to end their troubled six-year marriage.

On December 13, Evans revealed that the judge ordered Eason to wear an ankle monitor attached to a device that alerts her if he’s within three miles of her due to his ‘continued harᴀssment.’

‘So I have a little safety net on me at all times,’ the former medical ᴀssistant – who boasts 9.4M social media followers – explained.

‘Which feels great for me and my kids because it’s, like, definitely what we needed without me having to even ask the judge or say anything. So I’m really grateful for that.’

Jenelle was referring to the former metal and wood designer’s prior charges of one count of misdemeanor child abuse and one count of felony ᴀssault by strangulation against her 15-year-old son Jace (with ex Andrew Lewis) in 2023.

Evans is also mother to 10-year-old son Kaiser from her relationship with ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith, which ended in 2015.

MTV famously fired David in 2018 over homophobic and transphobic tweets, and the cable network fired the H๏τ-tempered brunette in 2019 after nine seasons of Teen Mom 2 shortly after he sH๏τ and killed their French Bulldog Nugget.

Jenelle – who was arrested four times between 2010-2012 – currently commands $250/video on Cameo and $10/month on the XXX platform OnlyFans.

Audiences were first introduced to Evans back in 2010 when she appeared in the second season of MTV reality show, 16 and Pregnant.
