Gwen Stefani to reunite with No Doubt for FireAid concert benefiting victims of LA disaster

No Doubt has joined the star-studded lineup for the upcoming FireAid Relief concert benefiting victims of the Los Angeles wildfires.

On Saturday, TMZ revealed that Gwen Stefani will reunite with her old bandmates — Adrian Young, Tom Dumont and Tony Kanal — at the show on Thursday, January 30.

The reunion comes as a surprise to fans as it was initially reported that only Stefani would be performing at the upcoming benefit concert.

Other stars slated to hit the stage at LA’s Intuit Dome and Kia Forum include Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish, the Red H๏τ Chili Peppers, Green Day, Jelly Roll, Gracie Abrams, Dave Matthews, John Mayer and Katy Perry.

No Doubt’s addition to the lineup comes nearly a year after they reunited at Coachella 2024 — their first performance together in nearly a decade.

When the band went on hiatus in 2003, Stefani, 55, pursued a successful career as a solo artist. They got back together in 2008 before going on a second hiatus in 2015.

On Saturday, TMZ revealed that Gwen Stefani will reunite with her old bandmates — Adrian Young, Tom Dumont and Tony Kanal — at the show on Thursday, January 30

First posted by the Intuit Dome arena in Inglewood, California — approximately 20 miles from the burning Palisades Fire — FireAid is aimed at raising millions for those who have been displaced due to the raging infernos in the greater Los Angeles area.

FireAid is confirmed to be held January 30th at the Intuit Dome. But the benefit is slated to be so grand that insiders revealed the bash will be jointly hosted at the Kia Forum — roughly a mile and a half away.

Information regarding tickets, donations and sponsorships for the benefit concert will be emailed after signing up at this link shared by the Intuit Dome. Performances will be live-streamed globally.

According to TMZ, the full lineup of performers will be released in the coming days.

Earlier this week, sources close to the event confirmed that all participating artists will be based in Los Angeles, adding a heartfelt local touch to the benefit.

The stakes for FireAid couldn’t be higher. As California faces various destructive wildfires, the Palisades Fire has been noted as one of the most destructive in California history.

‘We need the community to come together and this is a good step ❤️,’ one fan penned under the Intuit Domes post. Another chimed in, ‘There it is! Lets rock and get it back.’

More than 100,000 residents of the City of Angels were forced to flee their homes and 27 have been confirmed ᴅᴇᴀᴅ as scattered blazes have continued to pop up in Southern California.

Many famous faces have taken to their social media pages to re-post free resources available to those who have fallen victim or been displaced due to the ravaging wildfires.

Among those impacted were several A-listers who lost their million-dollar mansions though most of the people affected by the fires are neither famous nor wealthy.

Paris Hilton, Anthony Hopkins, John Goodman, Miles Teller, Billy Crystal, Mandy Moore and Jen Atkin are among those whose homes have been destroyed by the inferno.

No Doubt was founded in Anaheim, California back in 1986, with Gwen initially serving as a backup vocalist for the band.

Her brother, keyboardist Eric Stefani, was also part of No Doubt but left the band in 1994 ahead of the release of their highly successful third studio alum, Tragic Kingdom.

Since then, the group has released six studio albums, five compilation albums and three video albums.

Stefani recently revealed that she ‘can’t listen to a lot of the songs because they speak so clearly to me. And it’s like, you know, you have regret and mistakes you’ve made.’

She says that those feelings are not because she does not like the music, but because it reminds her of things she would rather forget from her time growing up.
